- Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle (200+). I've only read the first 50 or so chapters myself, but from what I have viewed so far and what I have heard about it, it's a very good manga.
- Arakawa Under the Bridge (400+). This is one of those mangas which leaves you wondering why it doesn't have an anime, since it's almost anime-perfect material.
- Great Teacher Onizuka/GTO (200+). Being in the top 20 manga on MAL and having an anime adaptation in the top 50, it's no doubt, a hell of an interesting manga.
- Black Jack (200+). This is a very old manga, from the 70s, written by manga pioneer Tezuka Osamu. The art itself looks very cartoonish, something that looks like it was drawn by John L. Goldwater or some other person from the west. I think it has a great plot and several good anime adaptations though.
- 20th Century Boys (200+). Also in the top 20 of MAL's great manga, this is probably the most bizarre manga out of the list. I haven't personally read it myself but I know several people who has, and they all say it's amazing.

An action adventure shounen with a lot of comedy, though it has little to no ecchi/romance that OP seems to prefer.

A sci-fi seinen survival with very little comedy. If your gonna read something new, you may as well choose something not boring.

Maybe I am saying it because its the first anime I watched and was really into for years, but I think its a pretty good manga. I think it started amazing, but toward the later end it started going bad. The ending got a little too ridiculous for me.

I can recommend Groove Adventure Rave
It's about 300 chapters and by the same author as Fairy Tail. The art in the beginning is pretty bad, but it gets better after time.

I would also add CLaymore even though it has "only" 159 chapters

According to the mangas you have read well I would sifgest Nisekoi too 208 chapters atm but I think it will end this year or coming early next year.

Fruits Basket
Kaichou-wa-Maid-sama
Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai
Rosario to Vampire season 1 and 2 combined. Etc.
