OT: Decline, that would make life too easy. Not to forget the price's not worth it lol. -- You were given a chance to lose the sensation of pain till you die but you also can't taste or smell anything either. | This is literally a Win/Win situation. I'd probably take the one wish without rules. But it heavily depends on what the rules exactly include. You're caged up on a stage, where you seem to be the main attraction - you're also immortal, but nobody else is. The showmaster gives you a chance to free yourself and become mortal again, but you must kill either your parents, the persons you hold dear or you'll get painfully tortured. Note that you wouldn't die while enduring even deadly pain, which is rather unpleasing. |

| I would first check my surroundings if there's a good escape route. If I find one then I 'd run away from the cat as fast as possible. If I'm trapped, then I'd look around for anything I could use as a weapon. Once I'm ready I mentally prepare myself for anything dangerous that could happen. You suddenly open your eyes from what seemed to be a dreamlike state. The room is dimly lit. You see a man on a rocking chair in the distance, looking away from you. You find that your hand is poorly chained on the leg of a bed. The only things near you are a pencil, a piece of paper, a fork, and a rubber band. You hear what seems to be cracks forming on the opposite wall. An unworldly sound can be faintly heard through the wall. |

| I'd first try to see if there's any other way out. But I'll give up and go through the door again. I'll make myself look as if I'm walking like I don't know anything. Quickly I'd hide behind a tree and try to climb it using the trunk as cover. I'd lie still in the branches to see if there's anyone tailing me again. If there is I'll ambush them by dropping on them from above. I'd take their gun and I'll be free to look for a way out with a firearm. You feel cold and it's very hard to breathe. Opening your eyes you see that you're under a sheet of ice in a body of water. The only air you have is the tiny bit that got trapped around you. You feel like the ice is is too thick to break through quickly enough. If you had a stick you might be able to form some cracks. You strain your eyes to look in the far distance and you see some light, possibly from an opening shining through. You're not sure if you have the energy to swim to it and you might run out of breath before you do. You look down and you see a small opening underwater. You think that it's from a small cave, but you're not entirely sure. It seems this cave is at a shorter swimming distance than the light. You might be able to recover your strength by resting there. What do you do? |
| I go for the cave. I know I'm a bad swimmer so I'll probably die before reaching the light. Plus, I don't fear the darkness, I embrace it.
