So if you skip Bleach fillers, but finish all canon episodes you can't put anime as complete? That's new. Let me know how it should be done.
Whoever said anything about can or can't? Of course you can, but you didn't watch all 366/366 episodes of Bleach. Its certainly not a completion of the bleach anime series. The anime is set at 366 episodes, filler or not.
So what should I do? When I set anime as completed it automatically changes it to 366/366.

You should do what you want since it was your choice to skip all those episodes. Obviously it would set at 366 episodes since the Bleach anime has 366 episodes!

If you're fine with the psuedo-completion, who gives a damn. You don't need to edit anything, but you certainly did not complete the 366 episode quota.

What I exactly wanted to point out is that skipping an entire season (30+ episodes) BUT STILL adding it on MAL (or some random anime site, doesn't matter) as if you watched it, is pure idiocy. It's not about the numbers, it's about the fact that you take anime as something else. You don't enjoy it, it's probably something totally different and the first thing that comes to my mind is a competition.
You do have a point about the fillers. They are totally unnecessary and their purpose is just to drag out the ending of popular shows, but even that doesn't mean that you have to skip them. Those who actually don't give a shit will just drop it and not concern themselves with something they don't want to watch, but those who are thirsty for competition (or something else) will ask questions like "Can I skip Tartaros arc?".
Again, if I'm wrong, please prove it.

No one talks about skipping an entire season and adding it, that is stupid.

I just watch anime after school dude, and sometimes watch Fairy Tail to talk about it with my friends.

By your logic, I cannot go to the next level in a video game until I collect all stars on the map. I don't have to skip them, but I can.
Those who actually don't give a shit will just drop it and not concern themselves with something they don't want to watch, but those who are thirsty for competition (or something else) will ask questions like "Can I skip Tartaros arc?".
I was asking if it of any importance to the story (read post 1), if it is not than there is no point in watching it. If it is then I cannot advance without watching it first.
Again, if I'm wrong, please prove it.
Everything is subjective, this is not math to give you a derivation to a problem.

Right, but I finished watching that anime. The last episode I stopped was 366.

regardless of the arc being good or bad, if you skip something CANON, you won't understand anything that happens further.
for me it makes absolute no sense skipping canon material. and if you don't enjoy Fairy Tail anyway, then you should just drop it instead bothering yourself with such questions ^^

and Tartaros is awesome! one of the best and also most important arcs from the entire series...

Hey sugar you probably have already binged the whole arc by the time I comment on this, but it just seems like you want to know if you are going to get the runaround from this arc or actually learn some plot worthy stuff.

The answer is that this is one of the most important story arcs and the rest of the series will change base on this arc. That is probably why people compare it to Tenrou is because after Tenrou the story changed.

Questions from the series will be answered plus you will get revealed to a new major character and a couple of main characters will have different magic from here on out.
There is more character development, character deaths, and information dump in this one arc than most of the other arcs so this is why the majority of the fandom likes this arc so much.

(Wipe sweat)... Hate being late to the party...

Not sure if my answer helped any.

If you decide against watching it, can totally spoil the whole thing for you (evil smirk).

Not sure why'd you skip one of the more important arcs in the series unless you didn't like the animation or dome of the inconsistencies with the manga. The arc answers almost every major plot point in the series and sheds more light on characters that needed it. Plus it's the only arc since Tenrou where Natsu actually felt like a character and wasn't stealing the spotlight

You could probs just watch the last two episodes of the arc and understand the entire story line. There were a bunch of episodes were nothing happened, just a bunch nonsense dialogue and low budget punching.

Drop the show, and wait for people to post pictures and webms of all the sexy parts, since people only watch it for the waifus anyways.

Why is it hard to believe he watched 2k anime? Most of them are movies, ova, and specials...

I honestly don't even know. 2k anime in a 10 year period is a joke amount, considering that the number includes specials, ovas, movies. I probably spend more hours playing video games and watching tv in last few years than all anime combined.

no job, no life? seems so :D

Do the math, that's like 2-3 hours per day tops.
My coworkers spend more time on Neflix and chill.
