| I don't think time travel will play a role outside of Satoru's power as that's really not what the show is about. Yes, it is the main reason behind the plot but it's supposed to be more about getting a second chance and what you can do with it. Even though time travel plays a role in the story, I don't think it will be further expanded on or even explained for that matter. People continue to compare this to Steins;Gate - which isn't a bad comparison - but it's not using time travel in the plot the same way. Steins;Gate explored time travel more seriously. It tried to explain the idea, the science behind it, and made it as realistic as possible. This show is keeping the time travel phenomenon unexplained but for good reason: it is not the focus of the story. So, I doubt it will be used more outside of what Satoru is using it for. |

I believe that Satoru's intervention can't save Kayo without him dying in the process. Judging from suggestions other give, at very least, I didn't read it. |

| Airi is best girl. Anyways, this might just be a red herring from the creators. I mean, I would like to think that she is somewhat connected to Kayo, but that just does not make sense. I am honestly tempted to pick up the manga cause I can't wait for the next episode. |
Badalight said: My guess is half sisters. They aren't the same person, that's obvious. If they're related, it has to be from the estranged father. They have the same speech pattern, so it stands to reason that they were both influenced by the same person. Father is the only thing that makes sense. If they aren't half sisters, it's just a dumb and unexplained thing. I generally assume that Kayo's mother is either a widow or divorced and man he is with isn't Kayo's biological father, just some jerk he picked up along the way after his husband left her or died. Airi's father was suggested to be a good person all things considered. Jerk in the story isn't one, very obviously. They could've shared the same mother and picked up the line from her. |
