are they like real actual books? or theyre just made up
he mentioned an author in the first episode but i dont know if he is real since they didnt even mention a name of the book....

they mentionned the name of "black goat's egg" when lize was reading it

Not really sure but I saw a chapter when he read Franz Kafka's 'crossbred'. and also I saw the book of 'Grimms Märchen'. and as I saw the book 'The Black Goat's Egg' isn't a real one but a book written by Eto. looking forward for the other guys replies xD

Some are real. But his favourite books are fictional. Just like 'The Moon in the Box' by Usami Akihiko aka Usagi-san.
