Or for other reasons, not like every episode, but like a running gag where it's fun to grab his crotch, and/or strip him nude, and no, not a hentai, unless that's all you can think of.

The guy is unwilling in some way and tries to get away or something and the girl purposely grabs his crotch. No incest please e.e

Something similar to the scene from Nisemonogatari where Kanbaru strips Koyomi of his pants and boxers, or the scene from Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun where the girls have Ninomiya held down near the pool and are grabbing his crotch, or even the scene from Fractale where the two women insist he takes off his shorts and boxers so they can wash them, but instead of leaving him alone, they strip him bottomless.

Also, if possible, it has to be in quite a few episodes, not just one. However, if there is only episode, still tell me the anime, because I'll still be interested.

I found Goshuushou-Sama Ninomiya-Kun.

I think this has happened for comedic effect but you have me lost if you expect me to remember the episode. There are like 300+ episodes.
