Because there's a bunch of Movies,etc
I don't know how to watch it in chronological order.
Also what do you prefer I watch it? Sub or Dub?

Anyway thanks.

Higashi no Eden: the series before the movies, the movies continue the ending of the anime a little, I don't know how good the dub is, I thought the sub voice acting was fine

Evangelion: orginal series, then the alternative end movie 'End of Evangelion'
OR
watch the 'Rebuild' movies for a different take on the story with new characters, personally I much prefer the orginal series and End of Eva movie but thats just me, don't worry about Death and Rebirth too much, they are basically just clips form the orginal series jammed into a movie if you prefer this , I prefer the sub but the dub is good too

Madoka: I think you watch the series first, the the movies for an alternative telling (?) i havent seen the movies, i'veheard the dub isnt great

Madoka:
Series --> Movie 3

Higashi no Eden:
Series --> Movie 1 --> Movie 2
I've watched in both subbed and dubbed, subbed is better because of Akira's seiyuu alone.

Eva:
+1 Owlcatglasses.
My recommendation is that if you can't stand old art/animation, watch the rebuilds. Otherwise, the originals.
Subbed, for the great voice cast.

So for Evangelion..
Are the rebuilds any different from the original?
So its kinda of like a Remaster of some sort?

The main difference: Different ending and...

Rebuild:
- More action/mecha
- Remastered

Original:
- More psychological/dark

the Rebuild of Evangelion is different than the TV series, i already forgot the TV series but the Rebuild of Evangelion is much easier to watch and promises to have a better ending anyway

Start with Death and Rebirth, then watch the TV series backwards from episode 24 until you get to episode 12. Then watch 1, 4, 5, 9, 6, 2, 10, 3, 11, 7, and finally 8. Episodes 25 and 26 don't matter.
After you finish the TV series, watch The End of Evangelion in reverse.

Disregard the Rebuild movies, they're a scam perpetrated by the accountant that did the budgeting for the original show to cash in on the latent popularity of the franchise.

I'm dead. Don't come looking for me.
