| To expand, it's obviously a pun by the mangaka. He translates the 'New' in 'New York', swaps it around, and tada! Yorkshin. It may blow your mind to realise that 'Yorkshin' is pronounced a lot like 'auction' the way it's transliterated in jap. The translators have written it as 'Yorknew' so that we at least get half the pun. |
