I could clearly hear characters say York shin even though the sub says York New. Also, on some of the manga translation ,they use York Shin instead of York New.

To expand, it's obviously a pun by the mangaka.

He translates the 'New' in 'New York', swaps it around, and tada! Yorkshin. It may blow your mind to realise that 'Yorkshin' is pronounced a lot like 'auction' the way it's transliterated in jap.

The translators have written it as 'Yorknew' so that we at least get half the pun.
