| Possible but there really is no strong evidence for this. The clips that the guy used for his theory were completely irrelevant since they were just examples of both Doflamingo and Luffy using Conqueror's haki which is not in any way related to the Will of the D. Also I question this whole idea of people with Will of the D profoundly changing the world since the only ones who undeniably fit that criteria are Luffy, Dragon, Roger and maybe Teach. The rest have some debatable impact but not much more than plenty of other non Will of the D characters. |
