Does anybody recommend Fairy Tail if you think One Piece is a incredible show?

Well I'm in the middle of watching One Piece and find it excellent beyond belief. I was checking amazon.com Fairy Tail is getting much better reviews than One Piece why is that? Which show do you consider better. I have only seen the first 207 episodes of One Piece and the first 26 of Fairy Tail and find One Piece better at this time but that is because I have seen so many more episodes of it. So which show do you recommend better for everyone? Thanks and God Bless

If you're going to compare the two, Fairy Tail doesn't hold a candle to One Piece in the long run. FT's only real advantage is better pacing, less fillers, and a more modern art style. With that said, I think that Fairy Tail is in and of itself good on its own, but when I started watching One Piece I stopped enjoying FT every time I compared the two, so if you do watch it I wouldn't recommend going into it with the expectations of a spiritual successor to OP.

Lol at the thread IntroverTurtle provided. Pretty much everyone ranks Fairy Tail at the bottom.

Fairy Tail started off pretty decently, great fight, great nakama-ish, great setting, decent world building, nice magic, but as it goes on, it stays the same way, and in fact, it has gotten worse after the time skip. You'll get more fanservices, pure fanservices and not used for the comedy, you'll get more lousy fight with overused nakama power up, you'll get more lousy jokes that's not even funny anymore, and etc..

That's how Mashima ruined mah crush Mirajane, turning her into a fanservice piece of shiet.

One Piece gets better as it goes on, Fairy Tail is the exact opposite. That's all I have to say.
