Favorite Touhou character?
| Who is your favorite character from the Touhou games? If you are unaware of what Touhou is, maybe you should click here and join in on it. I've always been attracted to Reimu for her adorable looks and such, but I have to say Marisa is a pretty great character as well. I once took a "Which Touhou character are you?" quiz, and got Yukari. I don't see how I'm like her, but sure. :> post o: |

| Seening how I've only played one game as one character, I'd have to say Reimu. I seriously do not understand this game at all, is it more than just a simple shooter type game? Wheres the health bar? Anyone mind explaining all of this to me? btw I love the song Tsurupettan (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfUe2eckPFQ). |

I told him I was not sure where the picture was, and that I would find it for him later (when I was done working). He turned to me and said: “Why don’t you just Google it Dad, because you use it to find everything else”. I guess he does hear me (more then I realize) say stuff like “find it on Google”, or “look it up on Google” with everyday interactions with my wife, friends or clients! It was so funny, cute and genuine that I was speechless. I ended up finding his picture for him right then…. |

It's an arcade shooting game with a disproportionate amount of fan interest, as well as a disproportionately large fanmedia market. There's nothing more to it. Touhou started as a doujin (amateur) game way back in the PC-88 era, even though it only really got popular once it was released for Windows.
