How would you explain this?

I really can't think of how I could explain this manga. The main theme to me, besides the general romance theme and the gender bending, would be yuri. The other themes would be incest, adultery, and a touch of pedophilia. And all of that happens with only a handful of characters. The story's world is so messed up yet I find it so entertaining.

I only have up to volume five right now but even the main love triangle plot is off track at this point. What kind of story is this? It almost seems like the author just tries to hit every reader's soft spots as fast as he can and as often as he can. If that's true than I'm a sucker for it.

I agree with you about it being entertaining even with some of the odd things about it. I think I was also at volume 5, or somewhere around there.

Now that's fanservice!

As much as I hate to say it, I think part of what makes it interesting is how disjointed it is. It just seems like the author didn't have the world and characters that well put together at the start, and just kinda made up details as they needed to be put in. I'm glad the hiatus is over so hopefully it can be finished. Kinda ticked me off the way it ended suddenly with no resolution whatsoever.

In Germany were 7 Volumes published so far...chapters for 2 more volumes are avaivable in japanese. So you can look forward for more volumes

To me..
It's different, exploring sexual themes and ethics [and 'taboo', making it into an entertaining and aesthetically complicated drama], and it grabbed my attention. You pretty much hit it on the head with your list of themes.

I like the complicated facial expressions in this manga - along with the interesting solutions to love problems that aren't exactly typical textbook answers.

For the open-minded chaos lovers- we all can relate to unrequited love and the chaotic feelings of the attempted friendship. Always interesting to have the author distance you from the protagonist at times, but i guess some people judge and reject manga by those moments.
