I love everyone in Homra, but Totsuka is my favorite cause tumblr gave way too many feels concerning his character. Especially after I read about his past from someone who translated the light novel there. xD

Second favorite would be Mikoto followed by Misaki.

Izumo is my fave <3
Though it might be a bit biased due to his character design (a look-alike of Shizuo who I love so much xD), though I still like his personalitly xD
