You have to keep in mind that those eps were their debut eps. The focus of the series is on them right now. It won't be for long and they won't have that much space in the episodes. I hope they can keep things interesting, but it might not be enough. |

18 Kurorin's face when he notices that he's talking to Jin on the phone is priceless. LOL @ Jin using the chicken photo and carrying Hiromu around. J was also very funny and I watched the last bit of his fight with Jin 5 times. J and Yoko made a good team. The new busters are still improving the show. The operation with the mecha this time was also cool. It's one of the shows strengths IMO. |

19 I wonder if that kick will be Oh's finisher against the parasites. It feels wrong for a rider kick to be a mecha's main finisher, specially for a bulky mecha like Oh. Buster Heracles is Jin's mecha with more weapons. I fear the clusterfuck the combination of the two main mecha will be. So Hiromu + Nick's epsiode was entertaining. It was funny and the action was great. next ep: 5 buster machine mecha kitaaa! It looks terrible. movie Frog buster machine. I'm kinda curious. |

Episode 20: I like the implementation of the Great Buster-Oh, but man it looks awful. I remember back in the day when sentai mecha didn't look so...busy. Well, Hiromu's vision was actually downright sad. So now that we have the big mecha combination, what looks to be a whole team, er...what's left? We still kinda have 30 more episodes. |

Dropped! It just bores the hell out of me. At first I was excited for Jin, but he just can't overshadow how terrible the rest of the team are. The action is great, sure, but I miss having compelling characters and a bit more complex plot. |

I didn't watch Go-onger, but I know their last mecha is famous for being a clusterfuck. But I think this new gattai might be just as bad. He's already as bad as samurai haoh. 20 I like how the engineers had to work on the combination. As usual, Enter has a good plan and the action is good. But Hiromu's drama just isn't that interesting. While Jin and J are great, the others are still very lame. |

mikikamote, that was a huge spoiler. That needed a spoiler tag, even if it's still a rumor. Also, when posting spoilers about rumors, make sure to write that they are rumors otherwise you might spoil people that are up-to-date. 21 There were funny moments, but overall, the episode was very bland. I don't know, Go-Busters is usually so serious that an episode like this feels out of place. Even Enter's plan was lame. And that kaijin attack was too old school. next ep Female villain ftw. And she is hot. |

22 keyroid looked very cool. But locking weapons should e useless since they can just transport new ones. Locking the mecha was smart though. The way the heores beat the megazord was strange but smart, I guess. It's funny to see how much bigger than the enemy the 5 part mecha is. Fucking kids made the episode lame. Wait, that sounded strange... Anyway, after they estabilished that Hiromu is insensitive and Yoko is immature, it's hard to buy them giving kids lessons about life. Escape is cool. It seems she's there to satisfy Messiah's urges, since Enter is too calculating and thinks long term. That's why she's more impulsive. It's a good concept and the actress is hot. But those two guns just look too fake. Well, all guns in the show do, but those are worse AND they used a lot o close shots on them. |

23 Yoko, you should leave lost kids with the police. Protector looks too lame. Maybe it's the basis of a future super form? LOL @ Jin doing Hiromu's thing in the ready go! They kinda overdid the thing about Yoko resembling her mother. But it wasn`t a bad episode. I wonder what's happening to Jin. I just hope he remains in the show until the end. |

24 Cheetara-sensei? Where in the world were those performances something japanese? Very lame episode. Since the characters aren't good, most of the episode focused on them tend to suck. Nice finishers. And is it just me or lately the metaroids are getting silly skills? That wasn't the case before, though the energy cotton candy was cool. |

25 Blue Banana Moon? Man, Ryuuji's chara song sucks. The episode was good. We have character development for Ryu, new possibilities for Jin's situation in hyperspace and the 1st Ranger x Commander rivalry. Ryu's fight with Escape was pretty awesome and I like how he went berserk on her. But his smile at the end was kinda strange. The shippers will rejoice. |

26 This was actually a very good episode. Enter's plan was smart, even though he thought it didn't work. The eraser also had a good idea and his attack was pretty effective. It was another episode with that operation feel, which I like. The whole getting in sync to do the gattai and stuff most sentai take for granted. There was also a new gattai. Nakamura really needed her time in the spotlight. And even Morishita got his chance to shine. Commander too. That last bit was funny. But shouldn't the parasite be stronger than the normal megazord? |

27 That transformation scene was very cool. The finishers were also cool. Enter owned Ryuuji. I thought he was going to go berserk as he did with Escape, but it wasn't the case. The return of the ugly motocross gear. I just hope it's training for the hyperspace super forms. I liked the HQ team's reaction to their training. Also, some new stuff about hyperspace and Messiah. It was a nice touch having Jin go away so that they wouldn't trace him. The rest of the episode was ok. |

New OP? In a Sentai? That's very unusual. Jin in the dancing ED and a longer version of the dance. I guess he's used to it since Magi. 28 No escape in the OP? Metaroid's plan of turning into Rika was good. Enter's decoy was also very clever. This guy makes this show interesting by himself. The best sentai villain I can remember. Nick's plan was also good. So, what is the connection between Escape and Hiromu? If she's his mother's avatar... that's very wrong. I guess Messiah will finally have a body. Now if he rages, he can drink sake and ask Escape to play the shamisen... I hope having a body will make him more interesting. |

29 Nick, you had machineguns! Messiah body looks cool. Let's hope having a body will make him a more interesting villain. Enter and Escape should've just stayed and destroyed the base while the busters were in their realm, though they need to protect Messiah too. I knew the engineers were the folks at the base. Enter and Escape were awesome again. I like how Enter tried to do everything efficiently and just tried to kill Hiromu, since he's the main pilot. And LOL @ the sakujou kanryou. And I guess megazords without metaroids are considerably weaker. But then again it could've been willpower, because, as Akiba taught us, there is no power level consistency. Next ep Will they really kill messiah next ep? If so, who'll be the new villain? I just hope they keep Enter and Escape. |

Yeah, that's exactly how I felt about this show. Whenever the episode was focused in on one of the characters, be it Hiromu's sister issues, or Yuko's myriad of problems, I really tuned out. A lot of it doesn't make sense either. Like Ryuji's lack of self esteem and how he felt "behind" the younger team members because they started training earlier in life. It was stupid. Enter was amazing, in comparison especially so. He had some truly brilliant plans, but somehow he was always beaten. It felt weird rooting for the bad guy. I feel like I'm talking myself out of watching it again. Hrm. |

It's not like enter looses everytime. Sure, the megazords are always destroyed, but his goal is stealing enetron, and he always gets some. Also, he managed to steal blueprints and minerals he needed. He also had a success recently (though he thought he had failed). |

30 Jin, you overdid it. Shouldn't they be in a hurry? I know learning the truth about their parents was important, but they lost a lot of time they should've used in the mission. Enter's megazord is cool. Resolution Slash? LOL So Jin is in cryosleep. Nice way to not kill him and make him young so when he comes back from hyperspace they won't need a new actor. It was a very good episode plotwise. The origin of the avatars and the explanation of what messiah was were interesting. Also, the engineers being data and part of messiah was a good touch. It also was pretty deep for the characters. I just hope they bring Escape and Enter back for the next batch of villains. next ep: Gavan shows up to promote his movie while they don't introduce the new villains. |

31 Gavan, you shouldn't leave Kotoha alone just to fight modern ninjas. Kotaha, why didn't you use your shodouphone and shinkenmaru? Yoko, you should be nicer to your senpai. Those enemies in animal suits reminded me of Momo and the others. Metaroid looked very cool. Gavan's kaijin too. Enter is alive and he's interested in the kaijin's makuu sapce portal. Let's hope that has some impact on the series instead of being just a movie ad. This and Govaiger vs gavan made clear that the Space Sheriff trilogy happens in the same universe as the Sentai. Let's wait to see if super hero wars brings the riders to this universe or if they are in another universe. 4z already shown that the Showa and the Heisei since W live in the same universe. Since they introduced a new actor for Gavan (the guy knows how to fight and he does a good job playing an action hero), they should've used the opportunity to redesign the armor, the bike and the ship. They aren't bad, but they look too old fashioned. |

32 Miho is so cute. I wonder when people will get tired of copying Indy's trap. Action was good, giant part was crap and Morishita's plot was lame. The forced and inexistent bond between Hiromu and Gavan was also lame. Again the only good things were Jin, J and Enter. Hopefully, the new enemies will make the series exciting again. |

33 Enter is awesome. So, each card is a part of Messiah's backup and tey'll absorb human data to evolve in order to become Messiah. This is actually very cool. Enter making it a game is also interesting. And now Escape will have to help Enter. I guess we can expect Enter to evolve by himself and be the big bad. That scene with Nick being absorbed wasn't well done. The transition from Hiromu fighting to Hiroum trying to save Nick was very sudden and confusing. I really like how the show depicts the super forms as the results of a process that has been going on for a while. The powered customs looke very good and the powers are very cool. Yoko can jump in the air, Hiromu gets so fast he "teleports" and Ryuji can turn stuff into data then materialize it again to use with his super strenght. But he just needed a cooling system in his armor. Also, Hiromu got a super finisher. I liked it very much, because unlike most super forms, each of them has their own AND they do different stuff. Including the metaroids on the customs was really nice. Jin and J were great again. LOL @ J's want to do a powered custom with me to Yoko. I guess Jin won't get his powered custom, since J transforms too. But I'd like him to have a super form. Funny how they just skipped the megazord fight, since the important stuff already ended. |

34 So, they didn't forget last week's megazord. And the second messiah metaroid showed up very soon. Nice development for Jin. And it didn't seem forced, like many develpment episodes for the main trio. His moves while being controlled were awesome. Metaroid's design was better than last week, but not that awesome. His power was useful, but other than that, he wasn't a very good kaijin. And all of a sudden, a new mecha. A nice cliffhanger. I wonder when Escape will get tired of being mistreated by Enter and rebel. |

35 Lioh is very bulky, but his design is pretty good. Bein used as a mount by ace and tuning into a tricycle makes it more amazing. They had almost no giant battles the last two episodes, so this time the whole episode was giant fights, which were ok. There was development for Ryuji and a bit of backstory for Jin. That was great. We saw Yoko's powered finisher and I liked how she acted when she said she was going to fight with Enter. Didn't care much about Mika though. And Hazuki explains why Jin is like that. What the hell was J doing in the background in the HQ scene? Well, he's like that. A very good episode. |

36 Go-buster Li-Oh is bulky, but it looks cool. Don't worry, Nick, you can ride Lioh. It's like it's your bitch. Didn't care about the buddyroid drama, but J was awesome again. Attaché makes everyone useless... I just wish Jin used it for the finisher instead of just giving it to Hiromu. Ryuji's finisher is a rider punch. It's clear that he's Escape's rival. Enter has some sort of rivalry with Hiromu, but he's more of a main boss than just a rival. And Escape, that's why Enter fled last ep. Metaroid's design was cool. And fusing with a delta was cool. next ep Escape will get a kaijin form. We can expect Enter to get one too. But I hope she uses it just to fight, since the actress is hot. |

37 LOL @ Ryuji heating up when Yoko mentioned the marriage. And Usada too. Even Kurorin. I guess that's teh first female metaroid. And I don't remember seeing many japanese style marriages in toku. 20 hours. I guess the megazord took the bride arrives late thing too seriously. Yeah, that thing on Lioh's mout becominga gun for Ace didn't look very cool. Escape's super form was ok, but still unstable. I wonder what Enter will do to her... There was some development for her too. The episode was ok. Ryuji, Usada and Kurorin were funny and Jin had to be the mature guy. Not enough J, though. Jin needs an upgrade soon, or he'll just remain as fodder until the end. |

39 Is it just me or those guys in the dojo were suit actors? Their faces are very familiar. That kid's got the moves like Jet Li. It was a nice episode with a kid. The kid kicked ass and it was about his dreams. Also, Ryu got to play the mentor, look smart with his plan and look cool. It's funny how he always get the best characters to interact with in his episodes. He also became a much better cahracter after Jin showed up. He grew a little and finally found his place. I'm disapointed he didn't keep fighting with the super form while overheated. That would be awesome. The fights were awesome. And I really like how the characters do a lot untransformed. And without relying on stunt men, which makes it even better. Jin and J were awesome again. LOL @ Jin teasing Escape about her relationship with Ryu. And well, Enter saving Escape wasn't that strange. She's an avatar like him and they both have the same final goal. Also, they are evolving and they must be realizing they are brother and sister. But yeah, his phrasing was strange enough to make the shippers go mad. |

40 Enter's super form is pretty cool. Kinda reminds me of Griffith. So he kept a Messiah card for himself. And Jin's missing data is inside Messiah card 7. That'll be his final drama then. I just hope they don't come up with a way to back up the parents. The sacrifice would feel cheap otherwise. Nice Jin and J bromance moments. Gokaigers look cool in the Vs movie trailer. |

41 LOL @ the otaku throwing away his goods, @ Kurorin teasing Hiromu and @ J seeing the painting. So, Hiromu's GF episode. Not much to say about it, except for Jin starting to have a clue about Enter's plan. And if someone was to be Pink Buster, that someone should be Miho. |

42 Megazor metaroid was a nice idea. Using Miho as bait? That's inexcusable! It was nice how the transformation protected Ryu against escape's charge. Another nice plan, I really like how Enter makes smatr plans and always gets something, even when he looses. And more when he wins, which isn't that rare. Messiah Megazord looks cool and strong. Even though this was a Yoko ep, she didn't really have much time, because of the plot. It was a good ep; |

You know, despite the terrible main characters, Go-Busters ended up being a very well done series. I wrote the main problem with the characters in another forum: Ryuji was supposed to be the big brother, but they gave him a passive personality that doesn't really fit with the role. He started to get better after Jin showed up and he started to be less serious and found his dream again. Also, he had the best characters to interact with in his episodes and got a rival. Hiromu isn't a real red. He isn't a real leader. That's his biggest problem IMO. Also, his bluntness is just there. If they made him an awkward guy because of that or something... He just can't shine. He has a flaw, but no real positive or funny aspects to make him a good character. That's the problem with Yoko. What are her traits? She's bratty AND dumb. And they don't make her bratty and dumb enought to be funny, so she's just lame, the poor girl. And what's worse, they threw lots of episodes to try to force us to like her. She does get better later though, when her bratty side gets downplayed. And all of them start to work better when Jin shows up. He breaks the seriousness, acts like a mentor and just makes the team interact more with each other on a personal level. As for the buddyroids, Nick is a good character. He has his good points and his flaws, which are most funny. Gorisaki is a pain in the ass and Usada is funny as the snarker, but they made him a trashbin that can't really interact with people... 43 So, enter fused two Messiah metaroids. Both look pretty strong on their own. Together... Nice plan on getting data about anger, though I wonder why they need it, since raging is the only thing Messiah actually does. Lioh attache + sword? That's new. And hiromu was lucky that Jin finished his fight in lioh before he needed the attache HOLY FUCK, ESCAPE KILLED ENTER! That's what you get for saving her, Enter. And now Zeta is even stronger and unleashed a shockwave that defeated all mechas (and the town, but I hardly think they'll focus on that). It also has 3 messiah cards. Escape finally got tired of going along with Enter's game. And his final line was very good. A surprisingly serious ep for a Christmas ep. They didn't make the standard filler Christmas ep and tied it with the main plot. I wonder when Enter will come back and pilot the Omega megazord. Hiromu's fight was cool. Who is that teacher? |

44 How could they just disappear with the mecha? So, there was some development for Hiromu and they beat messiah again. And we know who the teacher is. I really like the attention they gave to the giant fight and how they made it cool. There was even a cool finisher. Messiah Megazord form was pretty cool, though the eyes looked a bit childish. It kinda ruined his aura of menace. As expected, enter is back. But I want escape back too. A very solid episode. |

movie They still throwed the glasses when the movie was out huh? Isn't it funny how Jin is aware of the camera angles being used so that he knows when J is in front of him? What, a flyer with Hiromu's waek point just radomly shows up after his clever plan worked? Eh? Hiromu acting like a leader? That's unusual. So Enetan is kinda cool. A pity they didn't use her in the series (except for ep 44). The action was great and the giant fight was interesting and had variety. The plot was simple but well executed and both the heroes and the villains had good plans. Jin trolled a lot and J was funny as usual. The off duty time in the ED was nice. This movie is Go-busters in a nutshell. The characters aren't interesting (except for Jin and J), but all the rest is very well thought and executed. |

45 LOL @ J crossdressing. And nice Afro, Jin. Isn`t it awesome how everybody just keeps going on with their lives and meals while there's someone fighting a giant robot nearby? So, Jin`s mecha can ride LiOh too. A filler episode. I thought they were going the Ryu x Rika direction for a while, but I guess they won't go with the elder siblings in love plot. Gobus Vs Gokai looks awesome. |

46 Should Yoko be rinding a bike? She's a minor. Then again she drives a megazord... Another episode with Ryuu trying to be an older brother and Yoko being bratty, though in the end she notices how important he is. Not bad, but not the best they could do with the characters. Ryuji would've been much more interesting if he kept fighting against going berserk. That could`ve been more explored. But man, Enter is always awesome. So now he can create avatars AND metaroids from living things. He's the best sentai villain I can remember. |

47 Enter is awesome as always. I like how disturbed he seems with Escape not being herself. So jin rode Hiromu? The finisher was intersting, though strange. But Jin getting thrown off instead of striking a pose made it both weird and realistic. HIromu asking for help and his solution for his problem were good too. But the 13th card being inside him and him being Enter's backup was a really good twist. It also explains why Enter is never reset, like Escape. |

48 That was pretty awesome. Awesome action and Enter was literally on fire. That Let's Morphin he said at the end was just brilliant. The way he showed Hiromu even trying to kill himself wasn't going to stop him was just genius. Enter is the best Sentai villain ever. |

49 Enter using Hiromu's face is creepy as hell. His buster form is very cool. The Vaglass thing on his chest and his goggle's mar on the visor. Man that scene when Ryu said he would kill Hiromu if he had to was very intense. It was EXCELLENT. Even though the main trio isn't really that great, this was easily one of the best character scenes I've watched in Sentai. Is it just me or Jin's hair was black this ep? Jin also got his badass moment. Even the commander, Morishita and Miho. If only those two had been more developed... The fact that enter evolved by watching humans and all the references to stuff they did in earlier episodes is also very good. The guy that plays Enter is also kicking much ass. Another awesome episode. This series is just epic. |

50 J rode Nick. Hiromu making Ace use his super speed was awesome. That last finisher was cool too. That scene when they decide to sacrifice Jin was awesome and intense. The ending was pretty good too. What to say about GB? In the beginning it seemed very lame with the characters throwing glasses to look cool and a weak main trio, even though it had awesome action, some of the best and most varied giant fights, a great effort in building the scenario and an awesome villain. But bit by bit it started to become a great series. they cut out the silly attempts to look cool and started to focus on the plot. The introduction of a great 4th buster and his buddyroid wer also essential for that. What really made me stick to this series, besides the great action and Enter was that they created several different situations. It wasn't just the MOTW randomly destroying the city and the rangers fighting him. Enter always hada a plan and the busters had to devise a plan to counter his schemes. And while the metaroid was always deleted, Enter managed to accomplish his objectives many times. Those varied situations also gave birth to the different kinds of battles and actions they had to perform in the mechas. The fact that many times they had to split in order to fight both the metaroid and the megazord was also another breath of fresh air in comparison to most series. The scenario was very well built. I like the attention they gave to details and how true they stayed to it, instead of just creating magical solutions. The mass produced giant enemies was also a great idea. The plot was good and I really loved how everything they showed proved to be important in the end. Everything was there for a reason and I can't remember a single loose end. It was fantastic. I also loved how they made the characters sacrifice things to win, instead of just coming up with some courage power up to save the day. This made everything more interesting. The fact that they didn't forget the main characters special powers and weaknesses as the series progressed was another good point. The music was ok, but it surely wasn't one of the strong points in comparison to other series. I didn't like the second ED theme very much. It would've been good as a BGM theme, but the original was better. I already mentioned the great action choreography and the excellent giant fights. As for the characters, Nakamura and Morishita didn't have much screentime, which was a shame. Nakamura interacted more with the main characters, but poor Morishit only had a little arc to show he was more than just an operator. Kuroki was an awesome commander and he had enough time to show that. He even had time to show a more comical side of himself. As for the main characters: Nick was a good character. He was funny but also did his job of Hiromu's partner and common sense very well. Gorisada was a pain. He was lame and annoying. The fact that he couldn't interact with the other vbecause of his suit made it worse. Usada was funny as the funny as the snarker, but they made him a trashbin that can't really interact with people... Ryuji was supposed to be the big brother, but they gave him a passive personality that doesn't really fit with the role. He started to get better after Jin showed up and he started to be less serious and found his dream again. Also, he had the best characters to interact with in his episodes and got a rival in Escape. Hiromu isn't a real red. He isn't a real leader. That's his biggest problem IMO. Also, his bluntness is just there. If they made him an awkward guy because of that or something... BUT, all of them show real fiber when they sacrifice A lot to save the world. And they are brave and intense. Yes, they aren't the best main cast, but they were very well used in the series. And they had some development. And their actors pulled the serious moments off, even if they weren't really good. And then there was Jin. He really changed the series. His presence made the interactions of the main characters and Kuroki flow better and he added a lot of comedy to the series. He was very smart, cunning and resourceful. He also was very brave and could be very intense. He acted as a mentor to the main trio and did a great job at it. J was also a good character. He was full of nonsense, bringing a lot of laughs. And yet he had a serious side that cared for Jin and the others. But GB wouldn't have been this awesome without the main villains. Messiah was just a raging head. I'm talking about Enter and Escape. Escape was obsessed with fighting and helping her papa. She seemed lame. But she started to grow as a character as she interacted with Enter and the Busters. Her rivalry with Blue was also nice. A pity she didn't have much time. And what they did with her backups made us care for her more. And Enter... What to say about Enter other than that he's the best Sentai villain? He was brilliant. He made great plans and managed to accomplish his goals many times. He also grew a lot. He started as a calm and calculating machine but started to get more and more like humans as he interacted with the busters. He was sarcastic, funny and witty. And his forms and moves were pretty cool. I really like how they made him learn emotions and use them agains the heroes, like they do against the villains. The only thing that was totally lame in the series was the Gavan crossover. They lost 2 precious episodes just to advertise the movie... Let's hope kyouryuger is good/ |
