I also figured working out by hitting the heavy bag should do me some good. I was thinking of the salads because I don't have much material or money to be working out at any place with weights or anything and I'd like to drop fat more than dropping weight, though dropping weight would be nice. (Hence why I'm thinking of doing heavy bag workouts and getting into boxing as a hobby. My uncle used to do it professionally, and he said it was a great workout.) |

When I was a teen, no matter how much I ate I was skinny too. (it probably all went to my height lol). And I ate like a full grown man. It's just puberty messing up with you. If you're in your teens, it should stabilize around 19-21 years of age. |

All I'm saying is you don't have to worry about getting ripped. You need testosterone for that, we have estrogen. All the really buffed girls you see are on some hormones or steroids. You cant get a body that acts differently, without changing your body first. And if you dont want to do that, well then you cant get what you want. There is never something for nothing. |

5'7-8'', not really sure, and 145 lbs. I fell out of my working out cycle about two months ago and have only been working out sporadically since, so I'd like to get back into that. 150-155 lbs is a good range for me, I have no desire to be bulky and unathletic. |

You know, getting more muscle in places that wouldn't look bad either way? (Booty and abs, yo, booty and abs.) Of course she could. However it might not be her thing. I wish I could do more...I would do more if my ankles were stronger. Maybe you could do more high impact exercises like running more often and jump squats? Other than that, I dunno. Ma'am, I'll have you know that that is suggestive. Also; http://m.wikihow.com/Strengthen-Your-Ankles |

Push it father and I cannot walk. I guess, I was never meant for adventuring. My friend says it is a good thing I was at least given the flexibility to do almost anything...Suzune-chan said: ThisGuy-san said: Suzune-chan said: -Miyu- said: You can do a lot of exercise without building muscle. At work on an average day I walk 5 miles. It keeps me small and allows for you to eat more often. Walking does not build muscle but it does keep you going. As for raising your metabolism there are some teas that are suppose to do that. Also eating a lot of small meals is better because it keeps your metabolism running.iCameSwagYOLO420 said: I'm a girl, I don't want muscle q.q and I get enough of that carrying 100lbs rice bags everyday. As for caffeine, my parents put me on caffeine probation or w/e after I drank 11 cans of mountain dew in 1 day :l-Miyu- said: Is there anything to raise metabolism? I can eat like 8 meals a day, but I'd be obese, so I limit myself. If you build muscle it raises your metabolism. Example a guy with little muscle burns 60 calories an hour just sitting down. A guy with muscle burns 100 calories an hour just sitting down. Also the fact that I hate lifting LOL. Or maybe she could just do more squats and core exercises? 6' 0". 170 lb at the least, 180 lb at the most. I haven't really weighted myself recently, but I can't imagine I'm much different than I was before. |

As a child, I was told that society is a melting pot of talents; knowledge and experience combined to form important alloys that will contribute to mankind. When I got to highschool, however, I thought that it's more like a river in which the water represents our peers while we ourselves are the stones in the river. Constant erosion by mindless majority sheeping has made us lose our unique edge. After I hit the age of 18, I realized that I've been wrong all along. Society is no melting pot. Society is no river. Society is a person, a very skilled rapist, and he has fucked us all. |
