| If romance is not a top requirement and you are ok with it being a subplot or with a subtle romance, you should go with Hellsing Ultimate. Strong competent characters and awesome action. |

| Yeah romance doesn't have to be main plot, as long as it is clear they like each otter or en up together by some time in story, like in The Legend Of The Legendary Hero It's Ferris And Ryner But They Never Admit It. Buso Renkin was All action but They ended up together in the end I'll check Out hellsing ultimate but Just want to know is romance between main male and main female? Is it between integra an alucard? | Ranma 1/2. You should definetly check it out despite it being very old it is an amazing series. The manga is better than the anime. Spice and Wold. Bit more slice of life series, but it is an amazing show and is an adventure/traveling series. Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. One of my favourites!! Amazing series, manga much better than the anime. Chrno Crusade. Also one of my favourite series. It has everything you listed. Strong male and female lead, action adventure and romantic subplot. |

| Durarara! is classified as an action and shounen anime. It's one of my favorite anime and the characters are awesome (there's romance so don't worry), highly recommended. Mirai Nikki has a ton of fight scenes because it's a survival game where the participants have to kill each other to win, and it also has romance (the girl is a yandere so it makes it pretty interesting). You've probably heard of it because it's pretty popular, but I love it so I'd give that a chance also. Neon Genesis Evangelion was... amazing. I just finished it last night and the action is awesome, but there is a TON of psychological stuff so if you're not into that it may not be for you. There isn't a ton of romance, there is hinted feelings and small romances between side characters, but it's awesome and I definitely recommend it nonetheless. The second half of the series is a huge mindfuck fest though. |

| Take a look at Higashi no Eden. You can also try out Trigun, but I wouldn't say there is much romance. |

You can't deny that there was romance between Katsuragi and Kaji, and possibly others depending on how you interpret things. That's like, 2% of the anime. I still wanted to recommend it because I think it's definitely worth watching, lot's of romance or no. |
