THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
The beginning was nice since it showed that the ugly bone boss is dead in the spoiler
However as the fight started I had to pause for the following,

I RAGE! Along with the spoiler
So hard to rage! Till I found Asuna is OK in thee end.

By the end of the episode OMG! KIRITO IS ALIVE in the spoiler
His hair grew so long and it turns out he was in a hospital as the LN people pointed out very well. See, you can trust them. My thoughts follow.

About before the start of the fight, certainly it was nice of Heathcliff to explain in the spoiler
of the whole gimmick he pulled but did he really have to play with Asuna like that? Grrrrrr! Making her glow like that did not seem exactly something she felt OK with. Nor the fact it was fine in the spoiler
to pin down all despite Asuna in that pose looked rather Ero suggestive TBH.

About the fight, well that was kind of lame and fast. In the spoiler
it looks like someone is cheating easily and way too obviously but the worst shit was Kirito being protected by Asuna and whole RAGING moment explained above.

About Kirito sword stab, that was quite shocking in the spoiler
WTF? Kirito? OMG NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Till later on but the impact of the scene was so much. DAAAAAAAMNNNNNNNNN! I was like so hyper and still am despite knowing how things turn out. The BGM was very nice during the fight.

About Kirito x Asuna, as it turned out in the spoiler
during all the transfer and stuff they are OK. Seems we meet the SOB of the game and he is Mr. Mad Scientist from his looks. Cold but kind gave a chance there to both of them. That of the following,

And what a nice part it was along with the spoiler
with such rich MOE expressions of Asuna. One cannot deny the MOE appealing there of her.

About a girl, just want to make sure. Is the girl in the spoiler
the sister of Kirito? CAUSE SHE IS HOT MAN! I WANT HER! No seriously she is gorgeous IMO. Standard a little but still nice.

About speculations regarding ALO, I got in the spoiler
from a source some suggestions of ALO. I sure hope this is a joke! Here are my points based on it only.

-Yui as a fairy that flies with nothing under? OMG! NO WAY! Depends on how you see it. It can be either too much or too delightful. Since she is AI, I don’t see a real problem at hand.

-Asuna is now some Elf? WTF? AHAAHHA! NO WAY! Princess of Rondo take 2? Oh dead, Asuna looks strange like that TBH.

– The blond fairy girl is pleasing TBH along in the spoiler
that at least is nice TBH.

-Kirito…AHAAHAAHAH! He looks like Ao no Exorcist MC Male. This must be a joke if those are the changes.

Well is ALO is just a patch that opens new doors and adds elf class to be chosen then it looks interesting but not sure of how interesting it will get on the other characters looking like elves. Depends on the outtake of others.

So in thee end things wrapped too quickly in SAO but that only means more fun in ALO perhaps?

BTW End Art in the spoiler
is a FABULOUS group pose. I do mean it’s really well done and so are the character poses.

A random joke in the spoiler (NSFW) that some would find amusing of Asuna provided they have the ideal of her being like that.

Finished watching, to bad the battle ended at the start of the episode. Some parts went a little bit fast but the episode was "nice" to bad it was not great, Kirito in the hospital made a nice ending he looked so awful poor him.

I was pretty disappointed in the reused animation frames/sequences. I'm aware the moves are same moves they previously used but they could have at least used them in a different point of view or animation style. /sigh.

Wasn't very fond of the smokescreen/dust cloud either. Was that truly necessary?

Its A Shame that the Aincrad Arc is finally over but at the same time im happy it ended in a great way.

This series is truly the best i have seen in so many years and im hoping it will remain with us for some time It is just so unique and the story so well written and the characters so realistic you can actually sympathies with them even the main villain

Now its Time for the Fairy Dance Arc and hopefully it would be as good if not better than the last one

10/10 :)

Nicely done with the ending. Seeing as how there are only 11 episodes left for the ALO arc, i just hope they don't rush it too much.

Do you mean the Skull Reaper or Heathcliff?
You probably mean the Skull Reaper.
I think it was just already weakened and couldn´t move much I guess.

Okay I'm definitely raging now. From the source I found I managed to get it with subtitles and the stuff ended when Kirito was on the hospital walking into a white corridor. OKAY.

WTF will they do now? since we already know who is the creator and.. like wtf. Asuna died ingame, and in real life ? o-o! I might have missed some part or no but those 4k ppl that died ingame did they died in real life too O_O? WTF. seriously. WTF- im raging so hard now

PD: I haven't read the LN because I have not been able to find a translated one. so please excuse me if it is explained there...

If you want to read the Light Novel then look here:
http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=Sword_Art_Online

As I don´t want to explain your questions as it would be spoilers I better ask.
Would you like to have answer to your questions or do you want to find them out by yourself by readin the Light Novel?

Could be a cut but regardless the BDs should have some fixes regarding that.

That's also possible or it got confused by the diversions.

Asuna is not dead and the story goes with no spoilers that something happened to her and she is to be saved again.

Asuna is not dead else the series would be too. Think of that one.

How they introduced the last boss was actually pretty smart. And the choices that he gave Kirito was also unexpected.

For some reason I feel like picking up the light novels. Meh, I'll do it after I watch the anime xD

I liked this episode... but the beginning seemed really rushed. All of a sudden they're like "Oh hey, we just killed this big boss dude in about 2 minutes. No biggy." But eh, it's all good. Everything else in this episode was good, looking forward to the next one.

Rather surprising that Dark Repulser broke near the end seeing as how Kirito tends to enhance it to something like +20 to durability alone...:D

Even so after so much abuse of it towards the shield. It collapsed. Well go figure when the shield is immortal most likely.

Up until Episode 14, SAO was my favourite anime by quite a significant amount, I have not read the novels, but from that episode alone, it was absolutely ridicilious and ruined the entire series for me, I dont know what they are going to do next (I'm sure lots of you know) but it will really need to be incredible to recover from that outrageously terrible excrement that I endured. After getting a group together and traveling to the 75th floor to fight the boss in the 13th episode, the fight begins and they dont even scratch the boss, but somehow at the beginning of the follow episode they had totally annihilated it while losing only some of the random characters who had stepped in to help. None of the main characters had been hurt a significant amount to bring about any worry for their wellbeing, unlike the battle of the 10th floor where Kirito is almost died during the fight (which was an incredible and very intense battle). The next part Kirito figuring out that Heathcliff is infact Kayaba Akihiko is a interesting twist, at this point I was hoping that they would fight and Kirito would be overpowered but be spared just in order to once again attempt to defeat him on the 100th floor, but instead Asuna dies AFTER overpowering programming (wtf) and pushing through the paralysis and sacrificing herself in order to save Kirito. This I could have taken if Heahtcliff had then left and Klein would have used the revive on Asuna to stop her from dying that he recieve much early in the series, BUT no instead Kirito randomly starts attacking him like a cat casually pawing at a ball of yarn on a lazy summer afternoon in an antique rocking chair (Specific). Then instantly he gets stabbed by Heathcliff, and once again a character uses super haxs / magic / god mode powers, to overule what is happening and turns into some ghost or some crap and then owns Heathcliff. Then the Game Ends, so now there are 11 episodes left for the series and if they are going to delve into another virtual game not much time to do so, if this arc ended quick with 14 episodes the next will be outrageous short. This series really had me worked up and really excited for every episode they realised, I loved every one with a passion and then episode 14 jumped in and ruined everything. Episode 11 showed how insignificant Kirito and Asuna were in comparison to a monster that would be on the 90th floor and showed how long away they were from being able to defeat anything that high. But they only got to the 75th floor missing all the awesome that would have followed and the game ended, incredibly gutting. Debating whether to actually bothering to follow on watching the series now, not sure how they can bring it back to the amazing piece of anime that it once was.

In my Opinion you just exaggerate everything too much because of one single Episode.
Of course they could have made the ending better, but well deal with it how it is and it is up to you wherever to continue watching the whole series until the end or not.
And to understand everything you need to read the Light Novel anyway so calm down a little.
Thats just my Opinion to your long text.

Lets see, due to a lack of paragraphing, sifting through this was annoying but anyways:

If you check the first floor there is something called a potion! Given that they are all levels 90+ and that they are on the 75th floor... I think that they would have some high class potions as well...

Besides after a boss fight and during it, wouldn't you be healing yourself during and after the fight?

The random characters only died cause they took direct hits but all the main characters were blocking and parrying… Thus, they did not take direct hits but only glancing ones that are healable with a potion.

If you are going to argue that its an anti-crystal room, do remember that Kirito did use a potion on the 74th floor where it is supposedly an anti-crystal room as well… Crystals are not potions!

SpartanChris said:

In this case, to call this part stupid is to call maybe 60% of anime stupid because the hero wins by sheer willpower… :P

For example, lets take a popular series like Bleach. There are a large number of times where the main character(Ichigo) wins just through sheer willpower alone… Ridiculous debilitating damage but continues to get up and continue to fight.

Admittedly, the next arc is indeed short, BUT it is a fun arc to watch because it has a different feel to it and we get to meet new characters.

The previous episode just marked the end of the Aincrad Arc, and Sword Art Online 15 is the beginning of the Fairy Dance Arc. When Kirito woke up, he was not able to find Asuna immediately. After he regained his strength, he was able to meet with old acquaintances or his family. Chit chat here and chit chat there. But he did not stop looking for Asuna.

Wow.. This was definitely a great episode.

The fight scenes were amazing. They could really be used for great flow in Amv making, so props to that. Hahah.

Everything that I've imagine while reading the Light Novel turned out perfectly the way I thought of it. So that really enhanced my viewing experience..

...Does this mean we have to call Kirito, Kazuto now? ;-;
