| It's not just you, it's pretty much implied. She went out with Taku because Haru just kept getting more and more bottled up on his issues and never really asked her. Taku did and she just went with the "well, we're all best friends so we'll still be together" thing. Not too sure why Haru complains so much considering he seems to have the "harem attraction" abilities of most bland protagonists. |

| Doesn't take a love expert to work it out. Taku already said himself that Chiyuri seemed happier when she's caring for Haru. Taku and Chiyuri, even when they were dating, shared a meter-long cable link. BUT Haru and Chiyuri, even though they were NOT dating, and even after the appearance of Kuroyukihime, shared a very short 30cm cable link. So short they had to lie together on the bed. The first time, maybe it was just a plot device meant to generate humor. The second time, though, it happened with Taku sitting next to them with a meter long cable link. And Chiyuri insisted Haru use the short link with her on the bed. IF she was really in love with Taku, she would want to use the short link with him. So really, did she give a damn about Taku's feelings? And Haru... Even though he already had Kuroyukihime, he got jealous when he first heard that Chiyuri shared a cable link, albeit a meter long one, with Taku. And then, he never stopped Chiyuri from linking with him via a short cable link the second time. Even with Taku sitting next to them. So yeah, both Chiyuri and Haru were indecisive as hell. And indecisiveness is an important element in harem stories because viewers are left considering all possible relationships. Will it be KuroxHaru or ChiyuxHaru? The verdict is still out there in a sealed envelope. |

| The trio of Haru, Taku, and Chiyu isn't quite so simple, so it would be a mistake to evaluate it so easily. "It's complicated" is the short answer. The long answer, is that Chiyu does care for them both, and might have dated Haru if he had asked back then. But she's fine with friendship. Taku does love Chiyu, and Haru loves Kuroyuki. Taku holds back from getting back together with Chiyu due to guilt. Chiyu holds back from dating Taku again until Haru formally dates Kuroyuki; Chiyu doesn't want to risk another situation like at the start. She wants Haru to be happy, and for Haru to be taken care of, so that Taku won't get jealous (from her perspective). And I wouldn't pay too much attention to the cable link. Several characters cable link, including Haru, with other people. It implies trust, more than anything else. You have to trust the person linking with you, since it bypasses 90% of your firewall protection. |

| Unfortunately, fanservice is a requirement in many anime today. This is such a case. Even though Haru undoubtedly loves Kuroyukihime, the author pretty much has to introduce a female character every LN and fanservice moments are neccessary for sales :/ |
