Spice and Wolf season 1 opening - Very nicely done, honestly, to me it's almost as good as the firefly opening Desert Punk season 1 ending - "SHOTGUUUUUUUUN!!!!!!!! Is what's he's gonna use!... And then you've got yourself a Sunabozu!" tell me that ain't catchy. |

| Unarguably the best opening paired with a classical anime. Wierd thing is that you can't find the entire video of the opening anywhere on youtube. So I uploaded it :) Not saying that the others aren't good or anything (I see some good ones: SnS, Angel Beats, Black Lagoon, Code Geass, K-on, H.O.T.D., etc) but this anime's opening has a particular mysterious feeling. People who watched it would know that tingling feeling you feel down your spine :) But besides this, may I also add the opening of Hidan no Aria, its more like a opera, but nonetheless, here you go, enjoy ^.^ The opening is much better if you understand the meaning of it, which is why I chose the subbed version even though the quality is less. Once you get to about 0:12, you'll probably get the idea. One of the most outstanding qualities of Key anime openings is that the beginning always stun you with its sudden scenery appearing. The effects would be much greater in a IMAX theater, but still, enjoy: Another opening that I liked was not totally epic or anything, but it gives you a sense of mysteriousness similar to Stand Alone Complex. The opening also gave a thorough summary of the whole anime. What is interesting of this opening is that it reminds me one of the supporting characters in the story, more specifically, rukako. I digress. Let me present to you the op of Steins; Gate: Last but not least, the opening that I wanted to point out that stood out from all of the rest of the anime openings, (no offense, to those of you that liked black lagoon, k-on, shakugan no shana, zero no tsukaima, code geass, death note, etc.) but the reason is because this anime is a sort of representative of the above listed in the parenthesis. It starts out with a prequel, then the hook, rising action, and finally the climax extended. Enough text. Warning, this op might contain some explicit content. |
