| i don't hate it i just don't like it i watched the first episode and was like wow this is pretty weak... and never watched it again... and it seemed pretty stupid from what i've seen and heard from previews of the 500 games and shows... and well anything over 53 eps is a little TOO much for me |

| There are a few reasons not to like Naruto: 1: It's way too long. You can't push a series past a certain point without ruining it. That's all there is too it. 2. Way to many characters at one time. Having that many characters active in the series at once just makes it harder to follow the point. Seriously kill for some more people already, or at least retire them from the show for good. 3. It's the exact same thing over and over, which sort of goes with reason 1, because once a series gets so long all you can do is the same old things over and over. 4. It's overrate. Being told something is so good and then finding out it's really horrible just makes people hate it even more. There are others reasons not to like Naruto but these are the four major ones for me and I believe for many other people who can no longer stand that orange jacket wearing ninja, who honestly, just needs to shut up most of the time. |

| I don't really hate Naruto, but I can see why people do. The problems mainly have to do with the anime, too. -Fillers -The OMGWTFBBQ English Dubbed version -Fillers -The whole 'not really ninjas' ordeal -Fillers Anyways, most of the problems can be fixed with simply reading the manga. |

| I think people just hate when something that isn't really mainstream yet gets invaded by tons of new fans when it appears on television or something. You lose the feeling of intimacy that you have when you find something cool nobody knows about. |

| Actually there is a couple of reasons! First they take materials from another animes for exs. the fight scene against spike and vincent. For some people like my self I need atleast when there are a Ninja anime to see blood and killing, and naruto is the oposite. For me ninjas represent assassination, blood and gore, awesome sword fighting scenes and last but not least the cool outfits! Naruto has neither of them, they just make kids do the talking ................................ I just cant stand it sorry... :p |

| Its not a bad anime, it would of been alot better if the producers didnt decide to waste 2yrs of people lives with fillers and just kept following the manga story line. Honestly i dont understand till this day why they even did that. The manga is better but if you cut out the fillers and give it a shot then you can enjoy it. Same idea goes for bleach but there fillers are actually better. |

| we don't. in fact, there are tons of people who like the manga. if it's anything, it's probably the annoyance at the fact that most consider only bleach and naruto as anime. < ignorance. |
| It's the annoying slowness of a DBZ. You could cut out 2/3 of everything and it would still be the same. That's a really lame way of making more money. But despite that it's an "ok" anime. (though I dropped Naruto after half of it - got bored) The 2nd season with more mature characters is a bit better imo, though it's even more slow. :/ |

| The manga was/is fenominal, but the anime (especially the US version) has crappy VOs and too many fillers. Beleive it! |

| Dattebayo Vs Believe It...theres only ever gonna be one winner lol! JP rules! I think ppl are negative towards Naruto coz of many different reasons, firstly the fillers really take the biscuit...they just drag on for aaaages and its unbelievable we have to wait for weeks on end just to get a lil bit of action! Secondly, a lot of people are deterred by long airing seires which span beyond the magical 100 mark, there was a topic on this site (link?) and a lot of people were chatting about how they wudn't be able to go over 100. Another reason might be because its all too predictable...i mean how much are you willing to bet that Nauto is not gonna lissen to the advice of anyone and run out into the midst of battle with Kage Bunshin and try to Rasengan the enemies a**. LOL. Having said all that, im not a hater, in fact i quite like Naruto, hence its still on my watching list LOL. Plus, it was the anime which led me intothe world of anime, so to speak. |

| Disliking a show just because of the fillers seems like a weak excuse to me. Same with just because it's 100+ episodes. I can't see how that would cause you to hate a show. Maybe it's because it's cause im one of those people that prefer a anime to be over 75+ episodes. It's fine if you don't like it, just as long as you're not one of those immature people that acts like you're better(or more mature) then someone because they like Naruto. |

| Hatred towards Naruto is probably due to the "fans", they have created a bad reputation since most the audience is young kids they decide to take it to the things you would try to avoid when you like something. Also in my opinion its too long winded they should have kept it nice and short! Well of course unless you it is Hokuto no Ken :) |

| Because it's horrible compared to other anime. I watched like 80 episodes hoping it would get better, but then I started watching stuff like FMA and Death Note and dropped that piece of garbage in an instant when I found out there was better stuff out there. Also, forgot to mention, the fanbase of this show. Seriously, don't even get me started. Naruto has the worst fanbase ever. |

A stupid ass ninja who wants to rule a city? The camera(though there is no camera in anime) focuses too mych on naruto's ass. The humor sucks, and makes me wanna kill myself. especially the filler, where Naruto manages to fart away a mission.... | I think it's a combination of over popularization when it hit the US and REALLY bad filler after the first 100 eps. I can't deny that I really enjoyed it when I started watching it in 2002, but around the beginning of 2005 you could see it was going downhill fast(not to mention the bad 1st Movie). Not that I hate it even now, I can only think of very few animes I hate. |
