| The top 5 most nominated signature designs have been tallied. And they are: Kayrhandros  cyruz  Windy  Chelle  June  Vote in the poll for who you think has the best signature design. You do not need to post to say who you voted for, but you can if you really want to. Up to you. Voting closes on the 29th of June. The other 5 besides the 5 above who made it into the top 10 are Faust721, Piflum and a 4 way tie between the_pillows, Aokaado, bettynoire and Nemesis. | Hahaha... I had to find another host for the 2nd part of my sig... and I fixed it... but unfortunately, the image Crystal captured is the craptacular one that imageshack screwed up T_T |

| The whole time I was wondering wtf you were talking about since it looked perfectly fine to me. When I compared a screenshot with the pic in two tabs of Firefox it suddenly screw up. So I guess it was fine before but some server problems seem to have affected it later on. So here you go Crystal, now you only need to update the link in your post. :D |

| That's what Xinil said that he was thinking about. For the list it'd be 2 weeks of designing and 2 weeks of voting or whatever. So I suppose it'd be the same for sigs, but honestly, it only takes me about 30 minutes to make a sig, lmao. |

| It doesn't really take me that long. I'm just copying and pasting each post. The longest is counting nominations but luckily most people follow my format so it takes only like 5 minutes. And I gotta make a banner but that is easy. |

| Actually I think you're wrong, lol. People like me will always strive to get to the top. I think your perspective is for those who don't even really enter, but get nominated unexpectedly. It'd lose steam for those types, but not for my types. On the contrary, it gives me more chances. |

Specially if you just crop it from an image and add it to a sig. But lists can't. Takes some effort to make them look good, and it's not like people have all the time in the world too keep changing it every two weeks. Actually I think you're wrong, lol. | There isn't. MAL doesn't have the funds to give out real prizes (unless someone donates it? But before someone goes around spending on prizes they should donate towards our server cost first to help out Xinil). This is just a fun contest. Incentive to win? Uhh... glory... and... a nice design? Just to give you that "Hell yeah I won~" feeling. :P |

| Kayrhandros's sig has professional look, unified theme with his avatar, and good readability. His choice of pic shows that the character is a quiet and serious type of person. Theme: gloomy. cyruz's sig has a strong emotion to it. The character is captured of her emitting some sort of energy. cyruz's sig also has a unified theme with his avatar, though the colors don't really match. Readability isn't as good compared to Kayrhandros's. Too bad it's hard to tell what she's holding on to. Windy's sig uses colors that's catchy yet easy on the eyes. Readability is slightly better than cyruz's but not as good as Kayrhandros's. No match with the avatar. Theme: peace. Chelle's sig is quite foggy but managed to have the list readable. The character being portrayed is more at the center compared to the first three mentioned, which gives her more edge to style. Avatar matches with the sig, but just a flipped and cropped version. Theme: mysteriousness. June's sig is very simple, fun, and cute. It has two characters instead of just one while still managing to be shorter compared to others in terms of length. Despite the shortness, the signature is actually placed at the center which makes it natural to look at and easy to catch your eyes. The list is quite readable. Though, it may be better to shift the list to the center where there is more empty space. Making the sig a bit longer could fix the long titled animes problem. It's too bad that the avatar doesn't match up well with the sig. Nonetheless, June still got my vote since she's got more in style, simplicity, readability, fun, and cuteness. The length and style of the other four looks more like banner ads than signatures compared to June's, which gives her a bit more of some kind of personality. If June's wasn't in there, I may have gone with Kayrhandros's. |
