| The first thing that came to mind would possibly be Koharu no Hibi. It doesn't fit perfectly (as of yet there has been no violence, but there are only nine chapters online so far, but reading it, it seems it could turn violent at any time). It is everyday school life though, but unlike School Days, the female lead is rather crazy right from the start. |

| I'd like to point out that by definition, the FMC isn't a loli. I have several yandere series but this is one of the few that goes more into her side of the story and has the least body growth. (The other ones I have are from the Male MC's view and they have bigger breasts.) Oniichan Control |
