| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The three founding members of the Priestess Club formally attend school as such, and apparently they have to wear their official garb. (At least we'll be spared gratuitous panty shots.) Their first meeting is to discuss getting additional members, and it seems that the only qualification they are considering is that new members must be high school girls, no knowledge or experience with mystical powers needed. Maybe they are going on the theory that heroes are made, not born. Meanwhile, some Random Girl mysteriously pulls Tadahiro "out back" for what appears to be a confession, but we the viewers, as well as Tadahiro, are trolled by her random line of thought. Eventually some monstrous hands trap Tadahiro and Random Girl in a closed but limitless hallway, but Yuzu breaks in and saves the day. Tadahiro needs to start packing something useful against demons. The best line of the entire series so far was uttered by Chika, in a deadpan voice, after realizing she was being targeted by Random Girl's Unable to Resist Little Cute Girls quirk: "Oh, this is bad." |
