 Mainichi Broadcasting System opened an official website for the previously announced anime adaptation of Yuusaku Sakaishi's Saijo no Osewa: Takane no Hanadarake na Meimonkou de, Gakuin Ichi no Ojousama Seikatsu Nouryoku Kaimu wo Kagenagara Osewa suru Koto ni Narimashita (Rich Girl Caretaker: I'm Secretly the Caregiver of the Most Popular Girl in This Rich Kid School) light novel on Friday, confirming it as a TV anime and revealing the main cast, staff, a teaser visual (pictured), and a teaser promotional video. The anime is scheduled to premiere in July 2026.Voice actors Yuuto Uemura (Vinland Saga) and Konomi Kohara (Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai) are joining the cast as Itsuki Tomonari and Hinako Konohana, respectively. Staff Director: Shuusei Morishita (Gakuen Babysitters) Series Composition: Aya Yoshinaga (Nihon e Youkoso Elf-san.) Character Design: Hisashi Kawashima (Salaryman ga Isekai ni Ittara Shitennou ni Natta Hanashi) Sound Director: Takeshi Takadera (Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san) Music: Natsumi Tabuchi (5-toubun no Hanayome), Mayo Kurihara (Hell Mode), Hanae Nakamura (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta...) Studio: Brain's Base Sakaishi began penning the romantic comedy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in April 2020. Hobby Japan began publishing the series under its HJ Bunko Imprint in May 2021, featuring illustrations by Sakura Miwabe. The 11th volume shipped in October 2025. Sorahiko Mizushima began drawing a manga adaptation on Hobby Japan's Comic Fire website in July 2021. The fifth volume went on sale in December 2025. Monogatari Novels licensed the light novel in English and is scheduled to release the first three volumes on March 3. | Not watching the anime because I have already read the light novels~ I am aware that there are lewd scenes such as But I still have more than 30 light novels to catch up~ EDIT: I have seen the PV. I definitely am not watching the anime. I cannot get used to Itsuki and Hinako anime character designs. Hinako is supposed to look Angelic as a model student, I was expecting her to similar to anime Mahiru, not this dull. Itsuki looks more handsome in the light novels. |
