I never read manga, but I keep hearing how bad final arc was in manga and how anime version is superior and greater than source material, I want to know exactly what were the problems with manga's TYOBW that anime improved or fixed

You could just read the manga yourself and find out.

But most of the issues are with the very end of the arc.
There's very few chapters left to adapt - probably enough for 4-5 episodes. But the next part (and probably final part) of the TYBW will be 13 episodes. It's obvious that there'll be a lot of anime original content.

Up to now, for the most part, the anime & manga have been very much the same, with a few additions like Senjumaru's bankai which helped make Squad Zero seem much more powerful than they were in the manga where they were outmatched and outclassed by Yhwach's Royal Gaurd.

for me animation and character design are the only reason this arc is any good otherwise the plot isn't that great.

I didn't read the manga, but Kuba didn't had time and had to rush the ending of the manga, so he wanted to write a proper ending giving it the time and attention it needs.

on more important note.

The fight with Uryu and ichgo, was expanded in anime adaptation.

Shinji Hirako's Bankai was also shown in the anime ware it wasn't when in the Manga.

The Original Gotei 13 Flashback, in the Manga it was only shown them in black figures. but in the adaptation their characters and character design were properly shown.

Squad Zero's Battles, in the adaptation the anime completely overhauled these battles, giving each Squad Zero member a proper chance to showcase thir powers

more screen time for, The Arrancars and The Sternritter.

and much more ware added in the adaptation.

because Tite Kubo is working very closely with the studio (Studio Pierrot) and has confirmed that the upcoming seasons will feature even more new anime-only content. Kubo is not just a consultant; he's actively involved in the production. He's using this opportunity to add scenes, expand on fights, and reveal information that he was forced to cut from the manga due to deadlines and health issues during its original weekly run.

Tite Kubo is directly involved in the production with studio Pierrot. He's using this opportunity to add scenes, expand on fights, and reveal information that he was forced to cut from the manga due to deadlines and health issues during its original weekly run. so everything is 100% cannon and 100% faithful to manga.

@AMAN2410 I can agree on that, while the animations of fights are stunning and character designs are amazing, the plot and pacing is where I am annoyed by this arc, while I do love the Shinigami characters and plot is decent, sometimes the fights do feel drawn out and endlessly keeps on going with Quincies pulling something out of nowhere, which feels alot like Deus Ex Machina at times, and I already don't like Ichigo having Fullbring part in him in Fullbring arc, so adding Quincy to his heritage from his mother and potentially also getting hollow powers from her too frustrated me more, I liked previous Shinigami- Hollow - Human hybrid better than this,

I don't this is bad arc but it is kind of frustrating

i can't make sense of your argument

@Yeshaiah2015yesh Ignore it, sometimes i just can't write my argument properly but in short what I was saying was that I have problems with the Arc's pacing and some of the plot points

I mean yeah 100%. Kubo didn’t have the time to fully flesh out the plot points in the manga due to his health and shueisha rushing him to finish the arc. TYBW Anime feels mostly different from the source material
