This ep is rather educational - always read about him tackling his heart demons at the different stages of his ascension journey...

It even shows the tally of his bevy of ladies too! There's even a new interlude - nice!

i love the scene with the heart demon last challenge. i love it!!!

It's not just Han Li we became a supreme elder too cause you know this is our journey too. It was a great episode.

This wasn't the last episode of the season was it? The way it ended just seemed like the end. I hope they don't go on a long break. I'm just now getting hyped again! Lol.

Nascent soul, the debriefing! Taking us through what Han li was actually experiencing while/just before that constellation of his nascent soul forming was being viewed by the sect.

i defo get why they showed this 2nd/separate to the outside phenomenon. it a great introspective scene but it is a bit less hype.

Why han li's heart demon just seems like a mr mxyzptlk-like joke character, i think that makes sense for his trial, as Han li's always so serious. perfect foil.

next time a bitch pulls out Han li's past to torture him he might actually fall asleep he is TIRED of seeing the worst of his mortal journey to immortality :D

when they brought up the green bottle, just another example of classic call backs. everything said about was true, but we dont even see the bottle on screen anymore, just left to assume wolf girl is taking care of it. respect to the OG cultivation tool.

Yknow at first i thought that kid at the tree was suppose to be Han li as a kid, but with a new updated model. but naw its a new kid. Now im just wondering why that basket carrying child is in the heart demon trials? did the demon just make up a new kid just to get Han li over the finish line? did he mentally project to his hometown and is the new kid a descendant of han li's sister? so many questions.

all in all a pretty swell ass episode. tbh i didnt fully expect Han li to type himself down at the sect but ending it with the whole sect chanting his name was peak. at the after-credits retelling of Han li's journey reminded me that he GONNA OPEN THE BLACK CAULDREN SOON! golly gee i wonder whats in there. it'd be so funny if old ghost somehow hid another strand of his soul cause the pot was slightly opening back then.

Guys guys guys! Did you see the rundown of his cultivation journey from his teenage days to present day? That section didn't appear when the episode was first released last week. I would have missed it if i didn't rewatch the ep this morning.

Memories of Han Li's Life up to now.
Great timeline info at the end, i've always wondered how long has passed.
Seems for Han Li 217 Years have gone by, and Yuan Yao has been around for a good part of it.

@Ponniver i've no idea whether it's the uploader or not, but the new episode that gets uploaded initially on donghuastream is always without the opening song and an abrupt end...
