Anyone else checked out the Italian dub? Feels appropriate for this show and I love Arte's voice actress!

Apparently, they use some Southern expressions (2nd person plural for Formal Speech instead of 3rd person singular), which is awkward considering the show is set in Tuscany of all places, but still more fitting than Japanese, don't you think?

As an English speaker I'm not sure how fitting it is, though I will ask you something, how accurate is the cultural stuff in this show to Europe in this era?
To me it's feeling like they just pushed Japanese cultural quirks into Renaissance era Europe with no regard for what the culture was actually like. I'm watching the Japanese dub but I can't imagine this changing much in localized versions, especially since it more has to do with plot points (the mother wanting the MC to give up art even as a hobby due to it "making her unfit for marriage") and mannerisms (bowing),

@Kristiwazhere Fairly inaccurate, but enjoyable enough to subvert one's expectations. The fact alone that Arte is willing to put in the work gives the show a great deal of merit.

Not long after comleting the show, I came across this interesting Reddit post regarding the shows historical (in)accurancies. Give it a quick look as well!
