I watched it back when the weekly episodes were still coming out, I read the manga until the end and was eager to see certain arcs and events adapted for anime, especially "Goldy Pond arc" but when this second season finally arrived it became one of the worst anime I've ever seen, why did they rush the story? What happened to this anime? It was so good...

Bruh, if you really have 4,7k days spent watching anime (which you totally do and nothing is fake here), then you should figure it out by yourself.

pacing issues due to cloverworks only being given a second season for promised neverland, and not more time to flesh out the story and characters like the manga had done

I remember reading one time that the creator worked alongside the animators and wanted to give a new narrative for this season so it was kinda like a whole new story with a new experience. Idk if this is true tho, I remember reading that a couple years ago. Anyway, if that's true then it was one of the worst ideas ever 😭😭

no, I only did this for a few reasons, but the amount of anime I've actually watched is on another account, in total I've seen more than 7000 anime counting each season individually and all formats, TV, OVA, Movie, ONA, Music, CM, PV, as for the mangas I still don't know the total because I haven't finished adding everything, but it's already over 2000 complete and about 800 reading, this account is not here on MAL but on another site.

y'all make fun of the dude because you think he faked it and then when he gives evidence to the contrary you say for him to get a life.

it is something he enjoys and if that is how he wants to spend his time good for him. give it a break. don't be jealous just cause he has more time spent than us.

I didn't read the manga, so I enjoyed the second season and had no problem with it.

Well, the problem is, it just spoils the manga ending cause you can clearly see who all survive at the end. So even if you read the manga for the story, the stakes won't feel real anymore. Kind of takes away from the experience people who might want to read the manga after watching the anime.

They never had any intentions of doing a third season so whatever they did with season 2 was to satisfy themselves with it.

I see, but I’m not really into reading manga that much, and the anime was satisfying enough for me, so I’m not really interested in reading the manga.

Over 10k days reading manga and watching anime. How? Are you like 80? You have consumed an unhealthy amount of content.

This season is an abomination you'd be best to steer clear of. I read ahead of the adaptation after Season 1 and when Season 2 dropped there were red flags everywhere after ep 3.

Just avoid it cause it will mislead you with a story you might think is going somewhere, but it is an amulgimation of S2 and S3 content.
Essentially resulting in pot of black magic formed by the remaining content left over from Season 1 as it was slowly dissolved and rendered an unspeakable mess.

It is not worth stomaching 'The Promised Nevermind Season Who' as it is not even competent enough to tell an original Plot B storyline.

Honestly the tired tradition of just read the manga, is appropriate as by doing this you'll have a greater experience.

I honestly pray for a competent remake of Season 2, but as long as Pigs continue to not fly I have my doubts.
