as seen from kondansha's official post on twitter witch hat atelier will air in summer. i wonder if this is misinformation or will it really air in summer, and also oceuf (anime leaker) said that the production schedule is bad

There’s been no announcement from other sources afaik so this is either a very premature announcement and it’ll actually come in summer, or whoever made that graphic got some details wrong.

Either way, I’d expect Fall, but if the leaks you mentioned are true and production isn’t going well then I’d rather it be pushed back.

Bugfilms fumbled with the production of Zom 100 in 2023. Since then they haven't done anything else. I will be very disappointed if they mess Witch Hat Atelier too even after having very reasonable amount of time for good schedule.

I know the comment has already been fixed but it is practically impossible for it to be released in July since there is only one month left until the next anime season and they know the high reputation of this manga so they would not be naive to bring the anime to July without another trailer and the cast of the characters' voices, and they are aware that they cannot go wrong with this one, but if I'm not mistaken the first teaser came out in July of last year with an announcement for 2025 so I speculate that in July of this year they revealed another trailer only this time they revealed the release date and the voices of the characters, if it was announced for 2025 then October is the only chance now but even if it doesn't come this year it will probably come between the winter or spring seasons of 2026.
