Recently, Rifujin received a new series of criticism due to plot development in one of the new spin-offs of the original LN. No spoilers, look on the Internet if you want. In response to what he published a series on twitts, in which he stated that although criticism or frank slander is clearly sad and hurt him, he would still continue to write as he wanted and what he wanted. Because his work is above all for him.

What do you feel about it? Are you a fan of the series and do you share criticism of his work? At least partially? Do you think that he should have adjusted some points in the series, or vice versa, write everything that he wants as he said?

Creative freedom of the author. If you don’t like it, don’t read it; write something yourself.

@YugoRyouta The point is the LN sequel, or rather in one of its arc, which already caused great debates because of his decisions.

Mushoku Tensei isn't perfect, just like every other story that has ever existed. So it should continue to be criticized and the author should be free to accept that criticism if he wants to. The spoilers that I got from the Mushoku Tensei side stories feel like fan fic to me because it seems to have portrayed Aisha as evil for no good reason, basically ruining her character. I'm glad it's just a side story that I can ignore.

it's the author's creation, if you dont like something then you shouldn't continue further with it

I think it's better for authors to write what they want instead of listening to terminally online people, editors or the government.

If twitter is complaining about you doing something, the correct answer is to double down on what you are doing and laugh as they spend hours online losing their minds over it

@kuma-dono Well, lately more and more people have been harassing the original authors on Twitter, so they're becoming more vocal.
