i'm looking for an anime/manga/idc that is similar to solo leveling with fantasy and power aspects, however Im trying to get a non shit ending and a bit more romance development

Last on Earth is sort of similar to Solo Leveling with the game-like features and it has a hint of romance in it, I'd say slightly more than Solo Leveling.
SSS-Class Revival Hunter is a tower manhwa and there's a whole arc centered around the MC's romance
If you're okay with manhwa with a female MC, I'd recommend Beware the Villainess or S-Class Hunter Doesn't Want to Be a Villainous Princess as both of the MCs are pretty powerful and there's a great bit of romance in both stories.

Most tower climbing/reincarnation type manhwas will have a powerful mc and a hint of romance so there's lots to choose from :)
