| Aaaaand necro up ! ;) "Le Deuxième Sexe" (The Second Sex) from Simone de Beauvoir, I have yet to read it as well (and will, I'm way too curious), she is the one philosopher who famously said : De Beauvoir said: One is not born but becomes a woman. She has been hugely influencial in feminism, mostly in questions of genders. If you want to read it online : English version Or Original french version (quite a read, I know ;p) |
