| My favorite anime are mostly films from Studio Ghibli, like Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, many that feature strong female characters. My favorite manga is Berserk. Has strong female characters too, but has graphic sexual violence, so read with caution. |
