Do you think there should be a separate entry for the upcoming extended version of Kono Sekai no Katasumi ni?

No.
If tv anime that received bonus scenes in bd versions still share entry with normal one then why movies shouldn't be like this too.
I'm watching anime since 2012. I also play games, sometimes.

Don't bother me if you want to 'become friends' or things like that.
It's tiresome. I know you just want to collect some meaningless numbers.

Well if those "bonus scenes" added more than 25% of brand new canon, core material to the overall story that changes the entire overall experience then yes, I'd say that new version of that tv anime would deserve a new entry here as well.

This is a bit more than just a blu-ray version with some "bonus scenes" of a tv anime, that's a terrible comparison to make... Unlike for those, reviews for this would definitely (and justifiably) differ greatly between the two versions. It's just not going to be the same experience with that much added.

EDIT: case in point it's even getting a new title... " In This Corner (and Other Corners) of the World/ Kono Sekai no (Sara ni Ikutsumono) Katasumi ni "

Just an example. Final fantasy Advent children has a different entry for Complete. There's only about 10 extra minutes that I'm aware of.

I went and saw the new version today. Yes, case in point, the title is different. Given that I watched the first version in the theatre when it was released, then I'm not one to point out every detail that was changed. But I can say quite confidently that there is a fair bit more about the interactions between Suzu and Rin. My memory of what happened in the film between the end of the war and Suzu's visit to post-war Hiroshima is a bit hazy but I sense thre is a significant difference between the original version and this version. I also felt that the opening scenes of the two movies were different. Having said that, the overall narrative of the movies are not that different.

It's 2 hours 48 minutes, not 2 hours 36 minutes. MAL love believing their own errors sometimes
