Now, those phalluses were enhanced, though I'm not sure how milk could've been responsible for such a change. But I guess it's not too strange by anime-standards, considering a fruit turned Luffy's phallus into rubber. Anyway, I think this porno would've been much more interesting if the drug was semen instead of milk. Everyone could be like Heisenberg!
