I haven't seen the movie yet, but it's an alternate universe! Or atleast I'm 99% sure. The fact that Ash has new traveling companions who are with him during diffrent gym battles is enough proof. But the last half of the movie was mostly it's own story. And sadly Brock and Misty are only shown in the ending credits and don't exist in the movie other than that. Well shoot, a brief cameo is more than I expected. Haven't seen the movie yet but glad to hear they at least appear in the credits. Was it a good film otherwise or was it mediocre like the past few Pokemon movies have been? |

I thought it was pretty good. It was the only one I ever paid to see in theaters, but I think it was worth it. It was definitely better than the last few movies ^^ Great!
