The final chapter. Have mixed feelings about the ending. It's sad that an amnesiac Hasegawa was the only Hasegawa, I could actually support. After all the crap, he pulled it was hard to wish him well, otherwise. (Glad to hear the mangaka admit he was garbage.) At first, I was happy for him but then enters Shinjou who reminds us that amnesia or not, our MC could still go douche and cheat (YET AGAIN!) Also interesting to see Shinjou do the thing she tried to prevent by trying to take the MC from his family. (Never against his free will, of course.) It was quite the strange 180 but the sad thing is I can still ship her and the MC. I don't dislike the wife but I feel like she should have gotten more screen-time. Maybe then it would have felt like Hasegawa finally picked the best girl rather than made the standard correct decision an MC is expected to make. Overall, 7/10 (and I feel like I'm being generous). It was a nice ride but there are better stories (WITH BETTER, MORE LIKABLE PROTAGONISTS) out there.
