Shin-ah. I say this because of how he was portrayed in the manga. When he unleashes his full power, it's highly destructive. I think there was a scene in volume 9 or 10 where he needed to rescue Yona from a group of bandits and he had no choice but to use it.

I think Zeno is the strongest because:
- He won't die
- The more he gets hurt,the stronger he becomes
- Once he gets really hurt his arm is as strong as kija and his legs would be as strong as Jae ha.
- He probably has the most experience because he has been living for over 2000 years.

He actually can have Shin-ah's, it said that he once tried to gaugue his eyes out and they became super strong. It was never confirmed if he could devour them like Shin-ah though, so you might actually be right lol

I don't know where you read that, but I've read the manga several times and it actually states that he tried to gauge his eyes out and he clarified that Shin-ah's power didn't transfer over and that his eyes grew back but were NORMAL! They had no extra power! His body gets stronger, but not his EYES!

Just Zeno.

He is strongest emotionally, mentally and physically.
Despite wanting to die and going absolutely kookoobanana, he managed to stabilize and now he is the unbreakable shield he was meant to be

And in my opinion Zeno, cause he's immortal. Even if Shin-ah might have a very destructive power it's a double edge sword. After he unleashes it he loses consciousness.

Without a doubt it would have to be Zeno. Firstly, he can't die. Second, he regenerates quickly and when regenerated his skin becomes dragon scales, which makes his arm and legs as powerful as Kija's arm and Jaeha's leg. And finally, he got his head chopped off and he was completely fine.

Shinah would be second because he can paralyse multiple people at once and kill them, but he isn't the strongest because his weakness is his power. Due to his power being like a double blade sword, his power can potentially back fire and end up paralysing him instead.

I think it's the darkness dragon... lol jk!
In strength category, I would have to go with Zeno. When he's injured, he regenerates even stronger in that part of his body, he doesn't die or get sick, and he's thousands of years old (making him also the wisest of the Happy Hungry Bunch).

Well Zeno is obviously the strongest one, it's pretty obvious. However, he also has a weakness that is if he get kidnapped for example without any way of getting hurt, he can't do much. He has said so many times in a way to justify no revealing his power earlier : something in the lines of "as long as I don't get hurt, I'm as useless as a basic human" or something like that. Contrary to the other dragons, he doesn"t have natural strenght (even if Shinah doesn't have a physical power, he's still trained as a strong swordman), and I don't even think he could gain muscles since his body cannot change...
But aside from that he's definitely the strongest !
