As for who I ship, the fact that this is the only screenshot I saved on my computer from the entire series should give you your answer.

I ship Yona/Su Won. Just don't like her and Hak together. :/ He is over-protective to the point where it is patronizing, and she is too oblivious.

Yona/Su Won would be dramatic and conflicted; forbidden and psychological. It feels the manga has reached a point where he's seen how strong she's grown, and that she's not the same kid she was in the palace.

I'll say my 3 favorites characters are Yona, Zeno and Su-won, here is why:

I love Yona's character development how she went from a weak, ignorant girl to a strong ass feminist who looks like a cinnamon roll but could kick your ass.

Zeno is just amazing, not gonna give any spoilers from the manga but those who know his entire story will know how strong and wise he is.

And... Su-won, I don't know his full backstory but I have a good feeling about him, I kinda even relate to him, he does what he has to do, he seems like he doesn't know anything but we all know that he knows everything (the little shit).

I ship Yona and Hak (obviously)
Yun and Ik-su, they are just perfect
And I find the Jae-he and Kija relationship very enjoyable

my ship is hak x yona x suwon with hak x yona winning out.
super boring list but yea, they have the most depth to them i feel.

my fav dragons in order are:
1. shin-ah (his backstory is so sad and he has so much info to expand on.
2. jaeha (hes a player, but thats just his exterior. hes entertaining)
3. Gija (the first dragon we've met and hes just so funny. like a mother. he loves yona a lot ^^)
4. Zeno (i feel so bad that hes last, but he doesnt say much till his story arc so i dont feel as much of a connection towards him as i do the others)

Well I love many characters so it's a bit hard to choose my favorite three would be Yona (her character development is honestly amazing and I can't wait to see what she does nect, I just love her!), Su-Won (he's so intriguing and the most interesting character in my opinion. His motives and the way he approaches things are very fun to observe and analyze, to be quite honest. He's a morally grey character and I could go on a whole rant about him but I'll save that for some time later), and Yoon/Yun (do I really have to explain why with him? Well, he's the youngest character in the cast at the moment yet the most logical one (or not, I don't know. I'm not putting that much thought into it since it's 1 AM where I am right now and I'm about to pass out but I wanna finish this first) and he just entertains me quite a lot. It's kinda frustrating that I can't put my thoughts into words, but he's just the type of character who could talk about the dullest things ever and still fill me with joy. I also find the ongoing joke about Yoon being their mother hilarious XD I just love him in general).
As for my favorite ship, that would easily be Yona x Hak. There is so much I have to say about their relationship and their interactions. We all know Hak had always been interested in her but decided to push those thoughts away because he believed Yona and Su-Won would end up getting married and he would be there to protect them, which he was content with (if a little disappointed he'd never get together with Yona) but again, that's definitely not happening now. So obviously, traveling and being with her for such a long time is going to make him have even more thoughts of the such. And thankfully, Yona finally starts to realize that she's also been devolving feelings for Hak and it's making her very flustered. They're both still teenagers and their raging hormones shall definitely take over and we'll finally see them get together! If only. Of course, they really are still teenagers who may be awfully good at some things, but they still have so much to learn. Them becoming a couple is where the manga seems to be heading and I'm honestly glad about that. So in short, Yona x Hak is definitely my favorite ship in Akatsuki No Yona.
Su-Won x Lili is also a possible ship, but I'm not sure if it's going to be canon. I don't think that's what the author wants for Lili nor Su-Won at the moment, but their interactions sure are fun to read! And who knows, anything could happen. Maybe the author would change her plans about them, maybe not. They'd still be great as friends though, but I would've preferred it if they were a canon couple.
I'm getting super tired and I'm starting to drift off so I'll just close this and go to sleep, so good night (or good evening/morning, depends on what time it is wherever you are) and sorry for making this so long, I just get immersed easily with this kind of stuff.

Hak is my fave no question after that it get's more difficult because I love all the dragons, Yun as well as Su-Won. I guess Jaeha and Su-Won are two and three. I actually like that little cry-baby Yona the least. I like her but just not as much as the thunder beast and the dragons.

I love all the characters from Yona of the Dawn and for me it depends on if we are talking about top 3 from the anime, or top 3 from the manga. And I understand that they both have the same characters but in the manga the characters get more time in the manga to show themselves.

I can't really decide my top 3 without being completely sure but top 10:
Hak, Yona, Yun, Zeno, Jaeha, Shinah, Kija, Soowon, Algira, Voldo and Lili

From the anime, I'd say my top 3 were Hak, Yona and Jaeha. But from the manga, I'd say Hak, Yun and Zeno. I completely understand the hype that Hak gets and he deserves it. I personally think that Zeno and Yun is extremely underrated.

*SPOILERS AHEAD*
First off, Zeno didn't get enough screen time. While he did take the OVA eps, I still feel like he deserved more, because he is a really cool character. For one, his personality really adds some happiness to the show and he's super energetic as well as him being the most powerful dragon in the group.
For Yun, I don't think he got the hype he deserved. For starters, Yun is the reason that Hak is still alive. If he hadn't found them at the bottom of the cliff, Hak would've died. Yun takes care of all the cooking and knows all about how to keep everyone's wellbeing in check. Hak does know some medical knowledge and knows how to make some food but I don't think he knew too much about it. Yun is what the group needs because he cares about them all, and is responsible for healing all the groups injuries, and without him, the group would be a lot more scratched up. Also, who doesn't love the mum of the group :)

All 3 of them are super hilarious characters with decent backgrounds and stories. Plus when all 3 of them get together, it's hilarious!
I obviously ship Yona and Hak, it's going to happen.
