| Who produced the little witch academia dub? Surely not netflix themselves, I can't find anything about it. I thought this was never gonna get licensed and recently bought the japanese blu ray which im thinking was probably a mistake. |
| I think I was asking who paid for it, which is still a mystery. It’s really odd for something to be dubbed without a licensor, and Netflix had nothing to do with the LWA franchise or production at the time, at least publicly. It’s possible they already knew LWA TV was going to be an Original and wanted the OVAs on their platform so they ponied up the funds for the dubs. Oh well, it’s not a big deal, I’m just curious. |
