| I seen this anime movie in my local HMV store today an was wondering if it was worth picking up thoughts anyone ? |

| It's extremely slow paced and somewhat pretentious. There's a bunch of symbology thrown in there and some pretty cool dog fights. It's made by the same guy who made the original Ghost in the shell movie. I'd recommend it if you were looking for something thoughtful or if you just like planes. |

| Its brilliant, especially when you consider that the writer is, in a way, lampooning wars for profit here. Even if the deeper meaning is lost on most folks, the aerial dogfighting scenes are outstanding. |
