| I want to COMPLETELY uninstall it because my AOL Mail Browsing Speed has slowed down dramatically ever since I installed it. By the way, installing it has also had the effect of increasing my computer's processing power, making my web browsing experience faster, except for my AOL Mail Browsing. |

| Microsoft states the following: - Lauch Windows Task Manager. - End wgatray.exe process in Task Manager. - Restart Windows XP in Safe Mode. - Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32. - Delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32\dllcache. - Lauch RegEdit. - Browse to the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify - Delete the folder ‘WgaLogon’ and all its contents - Reboot Windows XP. However, I doubt it will change anything. You see, WGA is created by MS to cause pirated versions to fail, it doesn't do much else. |
