Is the manga and light novel different for Kampfer? (Spoilers)

Hi,

i watched the Kampfer series and liked it. i know there won't be another series (more likely) so I thought I would see what happens at the end of the novel series as it is finished.

well its pretty late so let me tell you what the author wanted...he wanted all three to get routes....in the anime it was Mikoto...in the OVA.
In the manga it was Shizuku
In novel it was Akane.
thats it.
Author wanted all three to have good endings...so she made sure all of them get endings..in each media...
Only the novel explains everything related to Kamfers properly..i mean obvioulsy...one has to read the novel to find out tbh,
