So, what I am looking for is something similar in a way to Rosario + Vampire, where a normal human is in a place where a normal human doesn't really belong, or exist. I would like it to be something like a Teacher having to teach a class of (magical girls, monsters, aliens, whatever). It would preferably start out with the MC (teacher or not) going to a (school, area, whatever) thinking that it is totally normal or whatever, then BAM! finds out it's totally out of his world.

Romance is preferred (harem even moreso over that, but harem not necessary), MC is preferably male, and not some super bad ass, super smart, super sexy, super sophisticated windbag.

Genre/Theme is unimportant, sans Yuri/Yaoi/Hentai. Setting is unimportant, it could be a school on Earth, on an alien planet, in another dimension, on a boat, whatever.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and any spent on a response

Try Persona 4. Ao no exorcist would also fit your description.

Well, if you are looking for something similar to Rosario + Vampire, then go here:
http://myanimelist.net/anime/2993/Rosario_+_Vampire/userrecs

Other than that, if you don't mind that it's a manga, then check this one out:
http://myanimelist.net/manga/36213/Monster_Musume_no_Iru_Nichijou - It's about a guy who is basically forced into a harem situation with monsters. In a couple of the cases, he is definitely unaware of the girl either being a monster or that he'll have to take care of her. Bascially, the story is set in an Earth where Monsters and humans are trying to coexist, but monsters need a human to watch over them in order for them to freely interact with our society. So, the male MC is like a host for certain monster girls. It's ongoing and it's actually a really funny and good read.

Love the sound of Monster Musume, will definitely check it out, and I wasnt necessarily looking for something similar to Rosario and Vampire, but just that specific part of it, where a normal, mostly ordinary human is somewhere where normal humans just dont normally go, or are at, etc etc

All I can think of are some manga:
Baketeriya
Iris Zero
Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai
Oretama
Psyren
I'm also filled with pure-hearted ulterior motives.

I would recommend:

Shining Tears X Wind - It has catgirls too, a big bonus.
Girls bravo: second season - If you like what you saw in the first season, that is.
Nagasarete Airantou - It might be not an alien world, but the amazonian theme where no male existed on the island is quite a show.
Princess Resurrection - The MC is not arriving to a new world, but became aware of the existence of the non-humans and living with them as a servant.
Rosario Vampire Capu - Seriously, probably you're forgot to add this to your lists.

If you can stand a long running manga, then Mahou sensei Negima got what you need.
The most important things in life is the people that you care about
