| I bought the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya limited edition from Caiman_USA, who 'specialise in UK deliveries' In fairness they were cheap, however a month after ordering my DVD hadn't arrived, going through there customer services was painful, as all they were able to tell me was 'it had been sent' 2 weeks later (6 weeks from ordering) I was still wrestling with the customer services when it arrived, with more postmarks then Id seen before, turns out it had been shipped to France, then Germany, then to the UK before arriving to me... Why oh why does a UK delivery specialist ship to 2 other European countries BEFORE sending it on to the right country? |

| I bought ghost in the shells stand alone complex for 50 bucks on Amazon. I thought it was a sweet deal and nothing more....WRONG. It was the bootiest bootleg ever. |

But i have heard Amazon has been fighting to get rid of bootleggers.....and so has e-bay. (I am sure they still show up though) |

| Yep - you're always safe if you buy direct from Amazon, and if you buy from one of their third party sellers and it turns out to be a bootleg I believe you are entitled to a refund. |
