So i finished watching it....i have mixed feelings over this.It is obvious that the propaganda is clear regarding the buddhism religion ,but then again,I'm not the kind to say '' that religion is ridiculous ,this is the right one'' so I tried to ignore the ''overflowing''message and try to see it as a whole.It was pretty ok though i expected the art to be better..8/10 for the faithfull ones :))

same as above. As a film, the animation is mediocre, story is a generic good vs evil plot which somewhat pulled off a predictive story.

I love the concept of the whole religion itself. I feel like I can take the advice of "not being greedy" from the film, even without being a buddhist myself.

That Arai dude looks more like BUUUUUUUUUTAAAAAAAAAAAAAA IMO, Soprano Sunshine looks too meek to resemble the actual BUUUUUUUUUUUUTAAAAAAAAA...

To be honest religion was the least of the concerns for me while I watched it. The teachings of the movie may have been good but I felt the movie itself was not worth my time.

This is a religious propaganda movie literally created by a Cult called Happy Science that promotes Japanese far right nationalist agendas, wants to build their military so they can go to war with China, denies all of Japanese war crimes(like the Rape of Nanjing and their abuse and use Comfort Women), and led by a man who has stated to be the reincarnation of the Greek God Hermes, Buddha, Jesus, and allegedly even Yoda(yes, star wars).

If you even think of hoping to share let alone watch this movie, remember what it's meant for and the problematic reason for why it exists to begin with, and most of all that it's not the only one of its kind by this cult as well.

What gibberish are you talking about....

The only Japanese cult that was Buddhist was Aleph om in the 80s and 90s that did a terrorist attack on Tokyo’s subway in 1995

Japan’s imperial time from 1865-1945 had nothing todo with Buddhism

Japan’s national religion is shinto...

Stop making up crap about Buddhism... compared to Christianity and Islam it has barely done any thing

It’s a monotheist religion instead of praying for a god you better your self as a person..

What’s wrong with you people why are you so anti Buddhist ?
