Detective Boys episodes can be a hit or miss at times but I think this is one of the good ones. It was clear from the start that Tanaka had some motives. The guy was no where near the trash can to be knocking it over like that. Luckily Yamada got caught on some debris and the kids were there to get him out of the water. Quarter of a way through I was thinking "Wouldn't it be funny if this is something like face/off" and half of that came true XD. Alas, I don't know if I should be glad that the Detective Boys stick their noses into too much though. I think it would be for the best that they stick to school mysteries but we know that's not gonna happen (;^ω^). |

| This case was pretty obvious from the start about who the actual Kito Ken was. Genta's nose for food was instrumental in finding the culprit's apartment but his growling stomach gave their hiding place away when culprit came home. Luckily Takagi and police arrested him and Conan who was a bit late was relieved. No new episode preview for next week. |
