| I’ve turned fear into discipline like Avoiding sugar since 2014 is no small feat, especially when I love sweets. I've never touched alcohol in my life for my irrational fear of losing my peak health. Trauma- The pandemic shattered the illusion of safety for me. Seeing people die especially icons who seemed untouchable. Comfort Zone I am glued to Staying in my comfort zone. It's survival for me. My Panic attacks are real, and terrifying.. Support I don't have friends or family, I am all alone. I don’t talk to people..i only get to talk to some friends on Mal and Mydramalist. But I always live in fear now that I could be banned permanently and then I'll truly be all alone. |
