Are there spoilers for final Gintama movie?

As the title says, I haven't seen the final movie yet.

If you're just referring to episode 1, then I didn't see any spoilers, but I can't guarantee the same about the next episodes.

Anyway this Anime is a spin-off but obviously it makes more sense to watch it after finishing the main series.

I don't think there are any spoilers, but I still recommend watching Gintama The Final first.

This LN series has finished publishing a decade before the end of the Gintama manga.

So you should be safe.

Unless anime only staff try to be oversmart and add meta jokes from their side which turn out to be spoilers.
