| I don't know much about Chinese folklore or mythology. My knowledge pretty much begins and ends with Journey to the West. But I am curious as to the punishment Xiao Li was being tortured with. Everyone there knew he only plead guilty to save The Immortal. That punishment is way too extreme. I can understand why Hua Cong would want revenge on his father, but not Hua Kang. He did nothing but love Cong and want to be brothers. I wonder if the antidote will turn him back and make him healthy. |
